Ashley, the dental hygienist, was thorough and really nice. My teeth felt incredibly clean after! Dr. Heisler was also really kind and helped me understand a bit more about some previous dentist's work in my mouth, reassuring me and giving me some comfort. Umm, and you can watch Netflix in the chair. And the chair gently massaged my back! They don't take insurance, which isn't ideal. The receptionist said it's unlikely I'll pay anything given the plan I have, so I'm banking on that. I'll be a bit disappointed, though, if I will need to pay anything given what the receptionist mentioned when I made the appointment.

The assistant was gentle with our daughter when taking photos and getting X-rays set up. Our daughter felt comfortable every step of the way and we never felt rushed. We even walked in to a personalized welcome message on the screen, which was a nice added touch and sweet gesture. Dr. Fung walked us through our daughter's X-ray results and took the time to provide a detailed treatment plan. We had many questions and none of them were left unanswered. We're excited to move forward and am confident that we will be happy with the results! Not to mention, the prices seem very reasonable, compared to similar practices in the area.

Cleanliness: The office/clinic is very clean. I asked and they mentioned that they opened recently, but they also clean and sanitize everything regularly. Smells nice too.
