This company has been closed for (at least) five days. They have my clothes and they're not answering the phones. They left a note on the door saying they'd be open today. They are still closed and numerous customers have left notes asking them to call when they decide to open. Never thought I'd have to sue a dry cleaner to get my clothes back but it's starting to look like that's the only recourse. read more

This cleaners was sold. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. I took several items to this establishment for dry cleaning . One item was washed and not dry cleaned by accident and the item was ruined and another item also ruined because it placed somewhere in the establishment and a black tar like substance made contact with my garment by admitted fault of four seasons. While they made a few attempts to clean the garment they ruined, unfortunately the garment came back not only discolored but the stain was very present. The owner did compensate for the garment per the agreement outlined on their policy but the doesn't compare to the amount of money paid nor the loss of the garments. read more

After moving to the area, I was in need of a cleaners for my nicer items. After reading a few reviews, I decided to try this cleaners. I dropped off 4 items - 2 dresses and a matching skirt and top on May 17th. I was told the items would be ready on May 26th. After traveling at the end of May, I returned on June 2 to pick up my items. Due to traffic in the area, I ended up walking. To my dismay, the items were not complete and sitting dirty in a bag still after 2.5 weeks. The owner offered to rush them and give a 50% discount but the trust was lost and I needed the items the next day. I will be looking for a new cleaners in the area. read more

I'm very sorry not to offer a glowing review for this neighborhood business, and I have no information on the quality of service. But it's difficult to access services when a business doesn't answer its phone during business hours (and doesn't have voice mail) and takes unscheduled 5-minute breaks that last 20 minutes or more while customers wait on the sidewalk. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a week, not what you want to see in a cleaning shop. The clerk didn't know whether they could replace a blanket binding and wanted to keep it to show to the owner. I declined. read more

I've had several basic items cleaned here and they turned out fine, but recently took a high-end designer blouse with detailed front pleating that wasn't pressed correctly. The owner refused to acknowledge the error even after seeing a photo, and said I would have to repay to have it cleaned again and pressed correctly. This is after my having to return the item for a second cleaning because it was given to me with stains on it. That is not a fair solution so will have to find a new dry cleaner with higher integrity. read more

TL:DR - Cheap price, never had ANY issue with my clothes (i.e., always clean and pressed), and super nice customer service. What else can you ask for? I usually review food places, but have been super happy with this dry cleaner. I walk past three other dry cleaners to come here. The guy behind the counter is always super friendly, never rushes me out, and seems to know most of his customers. Prices here are super fair and on par for the area. Everything I've dropped off has come back perfectly clean, on time, and hassle free. Only downside is the parking can be a bit tough. But most people just turn their flashers on the street side, never a huge deal. What else could you ask for? read more

For my initial visit, in addition to having regular clothes cleaned, I also had my expensive Burberry winter coats cleaned, my duvet, bed skirt and my pillow covers laundered and pressed with heavy starch and everything came back perfect! So I have a bias. This place is on the first floor of the building I live in. However, if it sucked there are like 4 other options within a block or two so I wouldn't come here. The work I've gotten back from them has time and time again been high quality. The shirts come back pressed and they even got an ancient stain out of a suit where no one else could. I drop off dry cleaning every other week and the pricing is reasonable and fair. Turn around time is reasonable and I don't have anything negative to say. The family that runs the place has always been helpful (they even found a tear in a shirt I had missed) I tend to buy clothing on the more expensive side and I'm not comfortable passing along my possessions for safe keeping to just anyone but the cleaners here have remaining professional for the entire year I've been using them. read more

I love my dog but some times He is a little trouble maker. After a walk in the park a rainy day, he decide when we came home (with muddy paws) to go straight forward to my nice white bed sheets, before I could react. Let your imagination run and the result it was even worst. I was convinced that my nice bed sheets where ready for the trash, but I though to try my luck. I took them the next day to the drycleaner. Would give zero stars if I could. I recently sent a white linen dress here for dry cleaning and it came back with yellow spots and quite a few holes. It did not have stains or holes prior to bringing in. The owner of 4 Seasons essentially told me to take a hike when I asked him to make it right. He said they do not process in house so they are not liable for the quality of work that comes out. He offered to send it back to the processor for investigation and if they remembered something going wrong they would refund me $5-15. The dress was a $250 dress. Amazing dry cleaning service. I got my burberry trench-coat with mud all over it. Not sure if I would be able to get them off. Took it to Four Seasons Dry Cleaners and few days later they sent me a text message from the store with a photo of my coat stating it was done and ready to be picked up. I came here to get a white coat & dress shirts dry cleaned as well as patch up a hole in my khaki's and at the elbow of a chambray shirt. They ask when you need your items back and I told them about 4 days because it wasn't urgent. One of my shirts had a bad persistent stain from kimchi which didn't come out, but they offered to have another go at it free of charge which I appreciate. When I came to pick everything up the gentleman at the front desk took the time to walk me through everything they had done. Overall a great experience here. read more

I am extremely unhappy with the cleaning service. I had four coats and scarves cleaned here a couple weeks ago. I didnt take out the coat to wear until yesterday. However, when I for the first time after cleaning took out my goose coat, it looked as if if had never been cleaned before literally. I couldnt tell for the other coats because they were all wool coats that you just cant easily tell whether they clean/dirty. The dirt or stain or whatever it is on the goose coat is easy to spot because of its black color and the waterproof outer material makes it rigid and shiny under the light. Horrible result on my goose coat and owner's stuck-up attitude. The whole time I did not get a single apology for all the time and inconvenience this caused. read more

They do a decent job on dry cleaning, but not button down shirt laundry. I dry cleaned a few shirts and a pair of jeans with them, which I did not have complaints about. For shirt laundry and pressing they do not do a quality job. One shirt had stains left. The other shirt had a button re-sewn poorly. When I brought both shirts back, the owner reluctantly took it to correct the quality problems, but I got charged over again. Poor and mean customer service. Just another complacent laundry shop. Absolutely do not take anything that needs to be tailored to this place. I went here after reading positive reviews on Yelp. I took a dress in for a simple hem with 2 layers to the skirt and they tried to charge me $85. There is absolutely no way the dress took longer than 1 hour to hem. I have always taken everything I need tailored into places in the suburbs and have never been asked to pay anything close to this. Please don't make the same mistakes I made. Ask for the price up front and if it's incredibly expensive go to one of the many places nearby. read more

No problem with the dry cleaning but definitely have an issue with the tailoring. I brought in a pair of jeans to get tailored into skinny jeans. While the lady was fitting me and putting the pins in me, I noticed the jeans were kind of lose but figured it was so I could take the jeans off. I kept asking, 'these will be skinny, right?' And she responded, 'yes yes yes'. After picking them up, they came out boot cut. Not at all what I was expecting after she kept assuring me they would be skinny jeans. When I brought them back about why the jeans weren't skinny, she, very aggressively and rudely responded, 'these jeans could never be skinny, the seem would be crooked, blah blah'. OKAY. Then WHY did you not tell me during the fitting. I wouldn't have had them tailored at all if they couldn't be altered. My jeans are ruined and wasted $27. ***be very cautious when working with the lady. She won't apologize for her fault. The son is very helpful and patient.
