Over a sixty-day escrow, he was never in the office once. Not once. So, with no one paying attention to my escrow, the company failed to follow the very clear and simple instructions that the loan originator provided in writing, costing me several hundred dollars in unnecessary costs. My escrow closed over a month ago, and I am still dealing with the mess they created.
