I hired them to do some work on a mini split a few weeks ago because they were recommend by a friend. Everything was working well for a couple of weeks, the guy that came out was nice and seemed to have done a good job. Unfortunately it doesnt seem that the problem was fully fixed. The unit stopped cooling again. Called them a few days ago and asked if they could come take another look at it. They didn't give a date or time just the vague "we'll be there today or tomorrow". 2 days went by and nothing. No communication whatsoever. 3rd day rolls around and We call them again asking very nicely, when they were going to be able to come out as we had already paid a very decent amount of money to fix the issue and just wanted to know if it was a new problem or the same one, we would have paid if needed again.
