My AC quit working sometime during the night. I called to see if I could make an appointment to have my unit looked at. With it being a holiday weekend (July 4th) I expected to suffer through the weekend before it could be repaired. Someone was at my place within 3 hours and they resolved the issue. Ken has come out to my place twice when my Hvac stopped working ( once last summer and once this past summer) He made room in his schedule to stop by between appts to check and was able to address the problem with a solution, as well as give me some useful information on maintenance on the system. Additionally.. I had noticed my neighbors unit had stopped working this summer, I was able to get in touch with Ken to stop by and trouble shoot, he came by as soon as he could later that day and figured out the problem. Had Bubba come out after my HVAC unit stopped working. My landlords insurance company had initially quoted $850 for repairs. Within 20 mins Bubba had determined that the units capacitor was bad and replaced it. He then vacuumed the lint out of the unit and I've the units now been running problem free for weeks. I'm pretty sure the total was just over $200. Way better than what I was quoted by another company. Bubba was extremely professional and just an all around nice guy. My only issue was that after reviewing the receipt later on, I Charged for an hour of labor and he was there for about 50 mins so that is fine and good. I was also charged a fee for cleaning the evaporator coil (aka the vacuuming) which was about 30 of those 50 mins. I feel like I was charged twice for the same thing. Then I looked up the part online and saw that its available for $15. I don't mind someone having a bit of a markup on their parts because they have them readily available but the cost was $70. I think that's just too much for a $15 dollar part. Again, the $200 was a far cry from the $850 quoted elsewhere (that quote was for different but unnecessary work by the way) but I feel like I may have been up-charged a little because I had mentioned the other quote in conversation. Based on their prompt response and Bubba's personality I would probably use them again in the future but, maybe be a bit more careful about checking the receipt before I pay. read more

I have now had two appointments scheduled with these folks to get my Air Conditioner looked at in Mount Pleasant. They have not shown up for either apointment and did not give any kind of courtesy call letting me know they would not be there. I had to call them after the fact and figure out why they didnt show up. This is after scheduling my rare days off of work to be at home for them. I just got off the phone with Ken. I was hoping to be given some form of confidence that they would actually show up for a third appointment. When I asked if this was normal for their company, he hung up on me. I will be taking my business to someone else local that can show some respect for other people's time and actually show up when scheduled. read more

Ken, one of the owners, came out on an emergency call for my AC unit having odd cycling problems. From the call (he was on another repair) till the time he showed up, it was about two hours - on a SATURDAY. Amazing. He was able to troubleshoot my system to find out the issue in about 15 minutes, and had us back to normal cooling. Again, amazing. Thanks again! Update: 3/7/2017 Ken arrived today to take care of some supply line issues I had with my AC. We have used Ken and his crew for the last 4 years to do maintenance and general repairs to our old A/C unit. They have always been pleasant, efficient, on-time and helpful. We recently needed our entire unit replaced, and they did not disappoint. Were there until the job was complete and done right. A few snags with all the new technology that was a factory problem - not an install problem. But they stayed late and got it taken care of and the new unit is working very well - we love it! Ken came out when my a.c had no power while I was out of town and the gf was home sweating from the heat. He was very quick coming to the house and was able to diagnose the problem and give me the info I needed to fix it myself (ended up being fried breaker). Stand up guy. Called Four Seasons on July 4th, in the midst of a very hot holiday. Even though they could not get out to the house (I didn't expect them to), the owner spent time on the phone with me, walking me through every possible diagnosis to see if there was a way to get things going until they were able to get out first thing the next morning. All in the middle of HIS OWN family holiday. Customer service and care at this level are very hard to find. I'd recommend them highly. read more

The AC in our frog recently went out and we called 4 Seasons AC. They came, same day and it was almost 100 degrees so I know they were slammed. He said they had been working as late as 11pm trying to service everyone. They were friendly, efficient and very reasonable. Didn't try and rip us off. My husband also used them for an office he has. A different AC repair service claimed he needed an entire new unit. He called 4 Seasons and they repaired it for less than $200 and said it didn't need replacing. I had two residential AC units as well as insulation around the main duct pipes replaced and one air handler relocated. Ken was willing to come out on a Saturday to scope the work and gave me a written quote the next day. He had three technicians out the next week. They were on time, professional, courteous and hard working. They underestimated somewhat the time needed to complete everything I wanted but there were no complaints and they stayed to be sure that I was completely satisfied with the work done.
