They had people coming in and getting added to their list, gave them 15-30 minute wait times but then proceeded to not seat anyone else that arrived until way past the timeframes given. Once it hit 11:30 they decided to start seating everyone. And I mean everyone. They definitely did not spread out the timing of the seating so the servers they had were overwhelmed. As someone who has previous experience in the restaurant industry I know this backs up both the kitchen and the servers when doing this. So that being said- we waited for a long time at the end of our meal for the server to check in on us, give us boxes, and provide our check. I will NEVER be going back, I don't care how good their food was. The service was garbage. The manager had given us a coupon for our 'next visit' but I am not going to waste my time.
