The place is nice and clean and after I found out they had recently moved into this location from across the street so this was a facelift. I've only done pedicures so far but each time they have done a great job. The massage chairs are cool if you like that during your visits. Everyone that comes in is greeted the same way by Pricilla and for me that's a big deal. I've been to other spots where when you walk in they either don't greet you so you're confused as to who to talk to or they just rush you to say what you need done. I noticed a lot of ppl coming in and speaking to her like they were old friends which says a lot about how they run business at Lumi. That being said! So glad I stopped in! It was a rainy Saturday morning, I expected it to be empty. It was not! I ended up making an appointment for 1pm. I came in for my appointment and was seated for my pedicure right away. I needed to soak off my old dip mani and I prefer to do that while I get my pedicure. It was a very relaxing time. The chair has the massage feature too!! I wasn't sure what color to go with for the weather but still some sort of pastel for the season.. Beti was super helpful in this regard. Beti did both my pedicure and manicure. She was very professional, patient, and polite. She even helped me find a pedicure color match for the manicure!! She also fixed FIVE broken nails.
