My nails ALWAYS look amazing. Nancy does a great job and she is so fast. Started coming here during Covid and this is my go to spot.

This location does amazing nails but is poorly managed. They only have 3 employees who do acrylic nails and refuse to do appointments even while 2 of the employees are currently on vacation for a month. I have been to see Sophia twice now and have witnessed and experienced her being rude to customers. The quality of the nails isn't worth the lengthy wait times or the rude staff. I struggle to understand why they keep a policy of walk-ins only when they don't have the staff to accommodate them. I would recommend going anywhere else if this is how they continue to run their business. read more

They discriminate against men. The older lady has cut my feet many times. The men refuse to do men's nails (manicures or tips). They charge men extra for doing any services but it's not listed anywhere that there may be a price difference. If you love your feet and nails and want to be respected for the money you spend, please do not patron this store read more

I would give 5 stars but I'm giving them 4 stars. Got a full gel set on June 29 and by July 3, two of them were already lifting up. Went back to them on July 5th and was told that my cuticles was the reason it was lifting. I'm like that can't be, this never happens when I went to my other nail salon. At this point I told her I'll pay to have them fixed. She says "no need, I fix for you", I sat at the desk and this lady "fixed" it by just putting nail glue around the area. The glue is still holding up (July 11th). I'm not gonna bash the salon I'm just disappointed that two nails lifted with in 4 days. Other than that, the staff is friendly and they do really good designs. Will go again to see if she can redeem herself. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. First off, this place is always dirty and looks run down. I went there last week for a full set and after I showed the owner the design she gave me a price and i agreed. When I was seated and I showed the technician the style again they literally looked me in the eye and gave me a higher price after done speaking to each other in their language. N&N nail salon is a great low price alternative for all of the new nail technologies, such as but not limited to color acrylic, glow in dark acrylic, mood polish, foil design, cat eye gel polish and etc. I've gotten my nails done by Caine (the owner), Leo and Sophia. They're all spectacular at nail art and design, great work for the price. I would've given this place 5 stars. However, they're lacking a bit in attention to detail. They do not remove cuticles as a part of your manicure, they have a habit of wanting to pull tips off or use a metro card for removal instead of soaking, if you do get to soak the soaking methods are outdated and drying, no complementary neck massage while you dry, and lotion and cuticle oil is not always used, lastly the place sometimes smells like used cat litter. If you can get past all that it's not a half bad place for good cheap work. read more

With the exception of one or two nail technicians, the staff is very nasty. Customer service is horrible as they make it known they couldn't care less for your business. Don't bother trying to ask for what you want Ana, MYa and the gentlemen in the front (not Leo) are just very unprofessional and nasty. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I loved coming here but today i had a bad experience. After waiting 45min soaking my nails (i only had gel on so it should've been 5/10 min tops) one of the girls came ( i think Uti) and cut my nails that was fine, but she then started filing without asking me about the shape and when she finished my hand my nails were super short and oval. I went in with long square nails. I expressed i didn't like them multiple times until she literally took my hand and flung it away upset at me. I got pissed off instantly after that but instead of understanding i was kicked out and called rude. Never going back again. read more

This place is literally so terrible. The workers are the worst. They are so unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I would understand being rude to rude customers but just being rude in general? I don't typically write reviews but I had to for this nail job. I have had gel manicures done at other salons that have lasted me about a week and a half to 2 weeks. I went to this place on Friday and it didn't last for more than 24 hours. I didn't pay $ 25 for it to last one day. The place is dusty and outdated and the techs can barely understand you. Also, they have horrible technique. Had to remind them they missed a step and to clean up the edges- which they barely did. ( should have been the red flag to make me leave but I was in a rush for mother's day). **positive note** the prices are cheap. $12 for a pedicure ( which a actually came out great...hence the 2 stars. I've been doing my pedicures here for just about a year. Despite of the fact that the woman staff at the salon are so freaking rude. Today for some reason the nail tech cut a hole on the top of my foot when he was scraping off the bottom of my foot with the cheese grater they use and he had already nipped me twice. When my foot began to gush blood the woman staff all flocked over and began to state that because my foot was so heavy he cut me like it was my fault. One of them began to fill the hole on my foot with nail glue in her attempt to stop the bleeding. I was so disgusted and appalled. I paid the 18 dollars despite of being mauled had some choice words with the woman staff and left. Very unprofessional all they had to do was apologize and offer some kind of compensation for their mishaps. Not try to degrade me because of my size to save their nasty faces. That's crazy. I will never go back. In fact they should have a sign that reads fat girls enter at your own risk. Disgusting customer service and if my foot doesn't heal right or gets infected I will be seeking legal advise. Sorry Kevin. 1 star is too much. What a nightmare. Came in with a picture of how I wanted my nails did not get the design I wanted and got charged 60$ for a simple ombré no designs nothing

They do really good acrylics. Came here twice and it's just become my go to salon. Staff is quick with taking customers.

Okay first off I'm really upset because I've been going here for years and at one point they got my nails really healthy and I literally only went to them but recently I've noticed the owner has been rushing to do my nails and seems a little frustrated while working and she kept cutting into my nail and I try to maybe cut her a break being that it was a busy day but I honestly felt like this is your business and u shouldn't let your customers feel your frustration...... well I had been doing dip powder on my nails for about 2 months or so and at first she did an amazing job I loved it and then it started looking uneven and thick so I decided to remove it at another salon and when i soak off the powder I had FUNGUS!!! on one of my pinky nail ‍‍‍ I'm so bummed because I've never dealt with this and so there it is steer clear of this salon they just eventually stop caring about they're loyal customers and give u fungus..... read more
