I've been coming to this place for about a year, it's far from where I live (over an hour commute) so it speaks volumes on how much I love and trust them. Lately they've renovated the entire place and it looks great! Spacious, modern and clean. I swear every time I come here with an image I have in mind, my expectations are always exceeded. My nail techs Jennifer and Angela always do a perfect job at getting your inspiration done. The wait can sometimes be hectic so I recommend calling in advance as well as scheduling an appointment beforehand. 100% recommend, 10/10 on everything. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I wish I had never gone to try this salon. In order to remove the nail color on my nails the manicurist who wanted to do my nails as quickly as possible passed the nail drill over my nails four times until it hurt so much I had to check my nails. I was appalled at being able to see my pink flesh peeking through and knowing she had drilled too much. When I commented on being able to see my flesh, she said it was because my nails were too thin. If I wasn't used to doing my nails frequently with no pain then maybe I would believe her but that's not true. She drilled them so much, I need to now let them recover before applying nail color on them. They are all broken on the surface. I didn't have the service I originally went in for because my nails were hurting so much and they did for a few days after although I bought nail hardener polish for them. read more

I wish I could rate this place but I can't. The person who works there told me they only do gel or powder manicures and pedicures. Very poor business model. I will not be forced into spending more money and destroying my nails in the process. I love supporting small businesses in my community, but that's a big red flag for me. read more

This Is by far the slowest, Rudest, Unorganized business in the complex!!! They will say have a seat....But, will have you waiting 2 to 3 hours for a pedicure. You ask how long? They will say ..ok!! My mother and I have been attending the nail salon for over six years, and are very pleased with the entire staff's professionalism, and service in providing us with beautiful results from our manicures, pedicures and waxing. I am also happy with the staff in tending specifically to my mother's special needs since she is a stroke survivor. They are always carefuul and highly concerned with well-being. Finally, the staff are very personable, friendly to talk with, and specifically, during this pandemic, have assured our safety with following the CDC guidelines in operating such an establishment. This is the spot to go to when you want a job done right. They are reasonable, honest, understanding and fair. I have been coming here for years and they give you what you pay for. I go to Bo to get the Polar Gel and I am always excited about the results because he ROCKS it EVERY TIME!!! Dont always expect to get in and right out all the time because it's a well known salon with volume but you will get seen. The pedicure lady, I think her name is Annie, is AMAZING. Vanna does GREAT eye brows. I am selective about where I go for good work and I definitely recommend this spot. Went inside this salon out of curiosity, was really expecting to look outdated or dirty, shockingly it wasn't. I got mani and pedi, SND (powder dip) on nails by Kim, she's very professional , attentive and so detailed. I don't recall name of who did the pedicure but she did a great job also. Small place but they do really great nails. I particularly like the Polar gel wrap instead of the acrylic. Filling only once every 3 weeks and you cannot tell you got a filling when done. Great massage chairs during pedicure. And they stay open til 8pm which is really convenient. read more
