I made an appointment for my mom and I for 4:45 pm. We got there 30 mins earlier because I called the reservation line letting them know I needed to take a prior set off, which they told me to come earlier. We arrived at 4:15 & i didn't start until around 5:20/30. The girl doing my nails had a slight attitude but she did express she wasn't able to take a break or have lunch, so I'm extremely understanding. Unfortunately, all those factors affected her work. Her removing my nails and completing my new set took over 3 hours. I've been doing my nails for over a decade and I've never been to a place that took that long, ever! The work was nice (which she had another person finish towards the end) but the time, constant complaining, and waiting just couldn't out weigh the over all. I also did a pedicure which was below sub par because it is a SINK. There are no jets, no bubbles and my feet were rinsed with a disposable cup. At that point I was annoyed and just wanted to leave. My toe nails were not cut evenly and that made the already stressful experience worse. I did gel polish, and it looks just horrible. Not to mention the price tag was not worth it. It's less than a month later, I have 1 broken nail and the rest are slowly detaching from the acrylic. I will not be back.

The place is beautiful; it's been completely redone. It gives you a spa vibe, and everyone was so friendly. A big shout-out to my girl Rita, who always does a great job.

I asked for a hologram design and was just given a square of it that doesn't cover my full name, i asked for more and she added some glitter pieces that STILL did not cover my full nail. With the price i paid i expected a service that's way more respectable and at least expected a Good Job to be done but i was left disappointed. She lost a customer, that's all i have to say.

Not only did she offer me quarters for the meter, she had toiletries in bathroom for us ladies to use, hookah option, wine, tea, and she lets you choose your song or Netflix preference. I was told it would last 2 weeks so I was surprised when it was chipping the next day. When I returned the following day to have it fixed, the manager tried to yell at me and tell me I didn't ask for gel nails. But yet she charged me for Gel Nails, when I tried to explain why this is wrong she just yelled something in Korean, so I just let her go on and on like an idiot. Then she began to curse about me in broken english to a client she was working on. It's also very shady that when I first walked in she said I could pay by credit but once it came time to pay she asked me to go next door and get cash for the payment. Just don't waste your time with these people, there are way better salons everywhere else. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. IT'S CHEAP BUT NOT WORTH THE NONSENSE.
