I have been getting "The Dude" latte here going on a couple years now. I love it and I think the ratios of espresso shots to cream is awesome, a large has 4 shots so if you're a coffee snob like me, this is essential lol. I look forward to trying their food sometime but the coffee has always been great.

Returned for a second try..... same story but different cast member. Must have been another daughter ( young gal) working as no acknowledgement upon entering. A male employee came over towards me and I thought 'great, he's gonna chat'. Nope. Just wiped down neighboring table and said not a word. Meanwhile, young gal who walked in ahead of us and sat at counter was busy being chatted up by counter gal. Guess only friends get service here. No more visits to this place. Beer is not good anyway. Food overpriced and small quantities. They too ignored a couple in their 70's. For being 'family' owned, they are not very friendly. Too bad for a local business As we got up to leave, I shouted a 'goodbye' and no response. What a shame for a so called 'local' family.

I have been stopping by this cozy spot for a while, and today I decided to stop by to try something differently. If you love a strong coffee - this is the one! I stopped by in the morning so it was a little quiet, you may see more a group of people, meeting or working on their laptops and chilling with a good vibe and chill music. The camp fire mocha is a must-try! It's perfectly well made and very flavorful, not too sweet which I like it a lot - It now becomes my new favorite to go drink. The service is great and super friendly. There is a nice road and a lake close by which you may grab a cup of your favorite drink and walking around the area. I would recommend the coffee mania to try out this lovely place, and you may be find yourself enjoying a new experience!

I've had Four Silos on my list forever. This spot is quite far from my house so when I realized how close I was I had to make a stop. I loved the outside patio right away. It was nice and large and ample shade. When we walked inside we were greeted instantly by multiple employees. They gave us both a seasonal and regular menu to look over. I opted for cold brew of course, my daughter's chai and a Sedona latte. We also decided to order a couple of avocado toasts to share. We were told they'd bring everything out to us. The inside is fairly small or it feels that way with the amount of tables, but still easy to move around. The beer selection was good, but for us it was way too early. Everything tasted great. We all liked our items minus my one daughter who preferred no seeds on the toast. No biggie and no fault of the employees. Parking was easy and plenty of it. If you're wondering yes there are four silos nearby. Good stop.

My cousin suggested this location as it was nearby to an event we were going to. A locally owned brewery with coffee? I wanted to love it, but sadly I didn't. I hate that you stand in line to order in the midst of people seated enjoying their food or beverage. Also, I'm more of a fan of seated service dining. The interaction with the staff was more just a quick order than later a quick drop off of our food. For the price point of the food items, I expected more and was disappointed with the quality. We received celery that was brown, which was very off putting. The shining star of the meal was the Campfire Mocha, and I can see returned to try for brunch as in the evening was too loud and crowded.

Great selection of coffees. I tried the Iced Sedona Red Velvet Latte. I thought it was decent, maybe a bit strong and needed more red velvet flavoring. I did appreciate that I could taste the coffee though. I'd try something else next time!

The baristas and servers are so kind! Our drinks came out quickly, and I loved that they use a powder for their Red Velvet Latte and not syrups! It's so good, I came back twice in one week for it! Four Silos has a great outdoor patio and ample seating inside if you're looking to meet friends or work. Overall - a great place!

Love the concept! Hubs and I decided to check out Four Silos one late weekday afternoon while in the area. We were welcomed by the sound of live music on the patio. The place was busy when we arrived and just got busier throughout the evening. The indoor space was packed. Although there's ample seating, it's a little tight. The line to order places you in other patrons' personal space. I felt like I was on top of other people. I tried not to, but we were so close I could pretty much read their text messages. Oops. After we placed an order with a friendly staff member, she handed us a number and we made our way outside. We were able to find an open table with a great view of the musician. Within minutes, our coffees and pretzel were delivered to our table. I ordered my go-to drink, a honey cinnamon oat milk latte, iced. My husband went with a tonic cold brew. The drinks were great; pretty smooth. My latte had a nice balance of cinnamon and honey. My husband's flavored cold brew was tasty and refreshing. The pretzel was alright, not my favorite. The dough was on the sweeter side. I still ate every bit of it with the yummy beer cheese. Great spot. Would definitely come back.

If you live near here it's a not a bad place to do work. When it gets busy the inside gets very crowded, so sit outside if that bothers you. They should have a big menu for faster ordering (paper menus are at the cash register). The food is ok but I like the Dude latte, it's a white mocha latte.

No seats were available inside (good sign) so we went outside in the shaded patio with misters and found an open table. Our server, Oliver, was awesome! Very friendly and attentive and helpful with items on the menu. For drinks we ordered an old fashioned and a pint of church music. Both good choices. Since it's a burger joint, Hubs ordered the Balboa and I ordered the Yeti. Wow! My burger was to die for. The rosemary goat cheese with bacon jam was the perfect combo of tangy and sweet! Hubs was eating his burger without any complaints which is what you want. Both of us went with the hand cut fries. Crispy and very good! We can't wait to return. This place is legit!

We asked if they could turn on the sound for the World Cup and they were more than willing to accommodate. I thought the Balboa burger was very good and I would have enjoyed the gas lamp burger better if the red pepper didn't keep slipping out. They don't charge you if you change fries for tots or even your burger patty for a chicken or turkey patty, which is really nice. Lowlights: I'm a big french fry eater and I didn't really like the fries here I found them too soft. The majority of their tables inside are barstools, which is a bit uncomfortable for me personally.

I kicked off our 90-minute experience with the Blackberry Yuzu Margarita, and it was the perfect balance of crisp, sweet, and tart. I wrapped things up with the Macadamia Nut Piña Colada which, fittingly for being "aboard" a pirate ship, was delightfully rum-forward without being overly sweet. In between cocktails, we shared a couple of snacks that were such a welcome addition -- something you sadly don't always find at local speakeasies! The service was top-notch thanks to our bartender Rocco, whose knowledge and attention to detail made the experience even more fun. Between the creative cocktails, immersive vibe, and fantastic hospitality, Undertow is easily one of the coolest spots around!

Of course, this place is known for its cocktails, so naturally they should be great--but trust me, I've been to several cocktail-only establishments that were lackluster. Absolutely NOT the case here. You could literally put all the pages of the menu on a wall, throw a dart, and whatever you hit would be delicious and interesting in its own right. The place is a little small, but honestly, that's what I love about it. It feels cozy in all the right ways. It's also very relaxing, floating along the sea with some delightful surprises here and there. We ordered several drinks, but one that's not on the menu (and they do make it) is the Pearl Diver, which is magnificent here. The mixologists and servers are all amazing and should be proud of themselves for bringing such an experience to Gilbert.
