FSR is the best construction crew I've ever worked with. In February 2024 during heavy rains in LA we had a tremendous mudslide from the hill behind our house in Encino. It destroyed most of our sunroom and the mud flowed into the adjacent dining room causing much damage and ruined furniture. There was at least 4 feet of mud in the whole area behind the house. David Moran, the contractor for FSR gave us a very fair price for mud removal. In about 2 weeks they scooped up and hauled away all the mud. They did a fantastic job of framing up the sunroom until it could be repaired. They had to remove at least half of the drywall that got damaged and removed the flooring, which also was destroyed. They did through mold mitigation. They had many special fans underneath the house and in the damaged rooms running for several days, drying everything. It took awhile for the sunroom company to rebuild the sunroom, but when the finally did, David and his crew came in and did all the drywall, plastering, painting, exterior stucco, electrical, plumbing, and with his many contacts, he got us a great deal on new flooring throughout the house. They did very high quality work, with great attention to detail, and through cleanup every day. David's pricing was always very fair. Four Square Restoration was such a blessing to us! We had a slab leak that destroyed all the floors downstairs and also flooded our garage. They came in and removed all the damaged areas (floors, walls, cabinets) and carefully packed up our belongings and took them away to be stored. They were professional, hardworking and cheerful. They worked with our insurance and gave us great peace of mind. No one ever wants to need services like this, but if we ever have a need in the future, we would definitely call them again! Scott and his team came and saved us from disaster after a very bad water damage situation. The entire house had about 2 inches of water and we were completely lost as to what we should do. Foursquare came out on the day I contacted them and worked very late hours to suck the water out. Without them we would have a very hard time dealing with insurance. We needed restoration for the whole interior so they dried everything up, tore the whole interior out, carefully packed all our furnitures and personal belongings, and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. I was referred to Four Square from a mold testing company and I couldn't have been happier that I found them. First of all, I was so stressed out to get an appointment they kindly fit me in the next day for a consultation. What impressed me the most is when Yudex, the project manager was answering all my questions at 10pm on a Friday night. I was just blown away with his customer service. I interviewed a few other companies before meeting with Yudex and Four Square and no other company came close with their customer service. The whole first floor was covered with 1" of water from exploded housing in a 3-way filter under the sink. After applying the fans all over the floor for 5 days we inspected and there were no more water signs and moisture on the cabinets and flooring. Alfredo actually prevented having a mold. He also recommended a great construction company, to do the reconstruction of my place. I would definitely recommend Four Squares to people who need his service. Thank you to FSR for their great service. We had a dishwasher that leaked in the cabinets, wall and flooring etc. Our neighbor had previously used them and felt they were very good as well. This whole thing has been so stressful and they were on top of things. We ended up with Asbestos in the flooring that had to be removed and Alfredo helped us find another great company to deal with that issue. We had a sudden pipe burst in our kitchen right before the 4th of July weekend! Four Square Restoration IMMEDIATELY sent over Alfredo Alvarez to help clean up our mess and do moisture detection and mitigation to see exactly how far our leak had spread. Alfredo and his team (which included Yudex, Efrain, and Manny) neatly and carefully removed our kitchen cabinets, set up fans to dry all the wet areas, and they also set up a dehumidifier to remove any residual moisture. In other words, they kept the water damage to a minimum. This Four Square Restoration team was not only punctual, but they showed up EARLY for every scheduled appointment! No one does this nowadays! Their text message response times were always punctual as well. Alfredo immediately submitted photos and a report of the water damage to our insurance company. I received notification from our insurance company the same day he came out to document the damage. We were impressed with the care they took on our kitchen as well as the professionalism they showed. They were extremely neat and careful, and they cleaned up every bit of what was destroyed by the water. He and his colleague Angel showed up same day and immediately took action. They had the necessary drying equipment to immediately start mitigating the damage. The biggest concern in my home was an under the shower area slab leak and instead of just busting up the shower they took great care and explained that rerouting may be able to be done with the plumbing to avoid unnecessary demolition and that really shows the integrity and honesty of this company and management. I needed my roof trapped because of roof leaks. The Office help answering my call was superb: clear, helpful, patient, understandin, efficient. David an owner was fantastic. He came out and estimated the job after a thorough inspection, described the work and how these proceed and made sure it was done on time. We had Cindy and Jose Moran (brother and sister team) to our house to bleach our walls and ceilings due to a medical condition I had contracted in 2020 which leaves spores even after treatment (doctor recommendation on the bleaching). I, of course, was concerned about any dripping that might get on furniture, carpet, etc, but team was SO PROFESSIONAL!!! They protected everything with plastic tarps, and as I have a respiratory condition, they were careful to air the house out carefully. They even vacuumed for me! They were also VERY KIND to me and my children.
