Todd and his team are my absolute HEROS! Backstory: My torch-down roof ripped off along the entire West side of my house in the January 1st storms. And then not one, but TWO other water remediation companies came out to take measurements only to string me along for weeks, stand me up on start dates, and then ghost me! After sitting damp for over 7-WEEKS, water damage turned into mold growing rampant throughout my house. Watching it grow through the walls and spread across the rooms was heartbreaking. The weekend of Thanksgiving I woke up to a puddle in my kitchen. Turns out I had a rotten out flange that caused mold and water damage. We were referred to Todd and Co. by our plumber who we called out for a burst water heater. Tag Team 911 worked with our plumber to do a dry out and full restoration where the heater had damaged the corner of my garage where it was living. They came out really fast to start the drying (only minutes after the plumber was done with the temporary setup) and returned 36 hours later to patch everything up. When they were done, everything looked as good as the day I moved in. They worked with my insurance and kept my out of pocket to my deductible. Very happy with their services. We recently had a water pipe burst in our house. The restoration required removing drywall, dry out and restore by replacing insulation and drywall. They also painted the walls. With all the recent rain, I discovered a small water leak by my back door. I reach out to Todd at Tag Team 911 and he quickly followed up. Todd asked about my sense of urgency, and I told him it's not a pressing issue but is something I'd like to address in a week or so. Over the week, Todd kept in constant contact and made every effort to accommodate my limited schedule. For mitigation, the team came out, they did minimal demo, and thoroughly cleaned the affected area. They also helped pinpoint the source of the leak. I needed some drywall repair so I call them, the guy that responded asked me to send him some photos (never came to look at the damage) I took the photos and send them to him, He never responded until I texted him a few days later. He left a phone message that the repair would cost $3500. I got 2 other estimates one for $1499 and another for $1450.( and they actually came to look at the damage) So if you want to pay almost 3 times as much as the job is worth , this is your guy. This review is long overdue. Last October I had a pipe burst in my Master Bathroom by time my neighbor and I got the water shut off it was literally raining downstairs. Water was pouring through my ceiling and light fixtures. I called Todd and him and his team came over right away. I have a tenant in a townhouse in Santa Clarita who notified me that apparently there was a broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom that was leaking to the downstairs. We decided to use Tag Team after a very good recommendation from our plumber and we're glad we did! Todd and his team did an excellent job at my grandparents rental house in Canyon Country. The tenants informed us of 2 areas that caused damaged in the home and Tag Team came out to fix it. They were professional, took photos of every step of the way to thoroughly document the damage and repairs, and emailed us detailed information about the work being done. I worked with Todd and even being 6 hours away he made it as little stress as possible while we got it worked out and fixed. We got the initial information on New Year's Day and Tag Team was out the next day. They even came in below both of their estimates! Once they were done it looked fantastic. read more

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years in property management. The were called out by the property owner that owns the property bellow one that I manage. I agreed to let them them to do the bare minimum to start drying out the unit after a fresh water leak. But the bare minimum was all they were allowed. I even tried to give them a price cap over the phone but, Todd who I believe is the owner, would not listen and kept talking over me. Finally he agreed to do the bare minimum to start the dry out process, until my vendor could go out the following business day, which was two days away. This was the last I spoke to them. Today (5 days later) I received the bill. They charged $3,700.00 for a full dry-out, which is no wear near a bare minimum. I started reading the cost and as it broke down I couldn't believe was I was reading. Just to place a couple fans, hang some plastic, clean the carpet, and remove their requirement it was 43,700.00. My favorite part was the fact that they think $680.00 is an acceptable amount to charge to hang up 1 piece of painters plastic, and another $600 to set out equipment and plenty of other complete crap charges that eventually all added up to $3,700.00. Also, I never received a call from anyone from this company asking for approval to do a full dry out. This is something I've NEVER had happen before. Absolutely no communication. When I stared asking about the charges Todd told me they do not do "Half ass work" and they did the bare minimum. For $3,700.00 worth of hanging plastic setting out a couple fans and running a carpet cleaner over the caret I would have had the entire units flooring replaced as well as the ceiling that was damaged cut out and repainted for a fraction of that price. Long story short, this vendor is unprofessional, they are dishonest ,and they are just plain rude. I wouldn't recommend them to someone I hated. read more

During our remodel, our electrician accidently drilled a 3/4" hole through the sewer pipe coming from the master bath toilet on the second floor. Four days later, I saw a large wet spot on our living room ceiling. I cut a hole and immediately smelled raw sewage. Our plumber came out and fixed the damaged pipe, but because of four days contaminated water spilling out, he suggested I contact a restoration company. Never needed a restoration in all the years we've lived in our home, so our plumber recommended TagTeam911. He said they were a good, honest company. I called and spoke to the owner, Todd. I explained the problem and he said he'll send someone out right away. About 90 minutes later, Carlos and his crew came out and assessed the problem. They immediately cut out the damaged ceiling (2'x4') and sprayed the entire area with disinfectant/anti-mold solution. The area was sealed off with heavy plastic and two large blowers and a dehumidifier were used to dry it out. Two days later, Carlos and his guys returned to patch the ceiling. They dry walled, mudded and textured. The area looks perfect, cannot see the patch. They also patched a 2'x2' spot upstairs they cut out so the plumbers could access a vent tube. Again, perfectly patched and textured. These guys are very professional, meticulous and clean. Plastic everywhere, swept and vacuumed each day they were here. Even the little things like taping down cords from the fans. When they finished, our ceiling and wall look liked they were never touched. Todd came out to personally inspect the job. He is friendly, professional guy who runs a great company that employs people who know what they are doing and are good at it.
