I emailed several mold remediation companies; some referred by my mold inspector and the rest from Yelp. I was still in escrow so I could not get a physical inspection, instead I sent over the mold inspection report. I had one Saturday when I did my final walkthrough that I was able to get in-person estimates. Go Eco was the only company willing to come out on a weekend and on short notice. Based on the estimates, Go Eco was my final 3. Once I closed escrow, I contacted the other two companies to try to schedule an in-person estimate. Both wouldn't come out on a weekend and were not accommodating with my busy work schedule. Ultimately I went with Go Eco. When they came out that Saturday, they were punctual and gave me a good feeling about their work ethic. They also said they would match the price of a competitor. But for me they did even better, they did it for a couple hundred below. On the weekend of job, they showed up with 3 workers and did the cleaning in a day. They left the air scrubbers for an additional 4 days bc I couldn't come back out until the next weekend. At the completion of the job they did a walkthrough with me and showed all the work performed. We called Go Eco Restoration after having water dripping through the light fixture in our laundry room. After a plumber came and did his assessment, it was determined we needed to file a claim with our insurance and get help from a restoration company. We talked to Jason and he agreed they would come out that next morning. Sam showed up the next day on time and eager to help! Go Eco Restoration was very helpful and reassuring through the entire process. They determined that we would have to remove the ceiling and wall of our laundry room, as well as the cabinets and the wall in our garage. Their crew was very efficient and professional, as they came and boxed everything up and proceeded with the demo. They found the source of the water, a busted copper main line. They had to also tear out the bathroom vanity in my children's bathroom upstairs. They left fans and blowers to dry out the area for a few days. Jason and Sam were so helpful in dealing with the insurance company. They made themselves available through the whole process and even connected me with a contractor to rebuild. I am so appreciative and grateful for their quick response and professional work. I would highly recommend them and will refer them to anyone who needs their services!!
