As to pricing, I labeled this as moderate, but really I think it just depends on what plant, planter, garden art, etc., you're looking for--the prices seem reasonable to me. We lucked out by just so happening to come on a Family Fun Day! My daughter and I enjoyed snacks, painting pumpkins, and discovering new things I can use to save my plants at home. The customer service was genuine, thorough, warm and consistent; I don't think a customer could ask for more. Just the service alone makes me want to continue coming back, but the products suggested are also speaking for themselves. Note that parking can be a challenge, but find a space and take in the peaceful atmosphere in the greenhouse.
