They then said they could come and give free estimate and the technician would be out between 1:00 and 3:00 on set date and would call 1/2 hour prior to coming. The day came and went, no call, no show. Called company and scheduler knew exactly who I was and asked if I received a call. I advised no call was received and she said the technician actually called her and said he had a family emergency and had to leave. She then advised me to find another company because he was the only technician and she has no idea when he's coming back. Absolutely awful.

After a confrontational battle on the phone, they paid for the repair. During the quoting process they put a charge for gas line installation. They noted that they put a high quote on the initial quote just in case they have to run a lot of piping. My gas line was right up to the site of installation. When I asked if I would be receiving any of this money back, they were unwilling to comply. When trying to resolve other issues we had over the years, they were hardly available and rarely would return my calls. I would recommend that you avoid using this place for any work you need done. Save yourself the pain and anguish of dealing with them.
