At security checkpoint, we were separated we had to go through one at a time. I commanded her to sit and wait for me. When it was her turn, from a distance, I then signaled her to walk through the machine very slowly then wait, when security cleared her I signaled her to come and sit beside me. She did an amazing job going through that checkpoint. Her public access training kicked in, she was not phased by noise and totally focused on my commands. Vinc is an outstanding dog trainer.

My dog was returned to me with a huge bloody wound on the top of her head. Nobody contacted me to tell me what happened or when. My Vet was not contacted and looks like No medical attention was given!! Prior to today, I gathered all of the details for today's visit. The young lady stated the temperament testing was free, (I learned this was not true once I got there and signed my pup up for the day). (FIRST NEGATIVE) Prior to leaving, I had my own water bowl and water for my pup. The young lady said, oh no, we provide water for your dog. ALL OF THE DOGS DRINK OUT OF THE SAME BOWL. (I knew I should have gotten my dog and left then but I didn't). (SECOND NEGATIVE) At the conclusion of the testing, they are suppose to provide a physical report card of how well your pup did. Fast forward to the pickup. When they brought my pup out, he did not look like how I dropped him off (I'm not complaining about this because he was playing with other dogs.) BUT, he smelled like the other dogs ganged up on him and dumped urine all over him. Ohhh goodness, he was a stinky mess. I did not inquire about this, which I should have. (THIRD NEGATIVE). When I asked for the report card, the young lady goes, "oh I'm sorry, he doesn't have one because there were a lot of dogs today." REALLY?!? But you took my money with no problem. (FOURTH NEGATIVE) The moral to this story, there are too many negatives for the initial consultation so I will pass.

The moment I paid in full, everything changed. Appointments were canceled or no-show and there were always these very WILD explanations (see relatable examples from prior reviews). At one point after many cancellations, Dashawn fully ghosted me for several months with zero communication. Dashawn reached out to me at the end of the year, a few months after my original Yelp post. After a few discussions which included an explanation, an apology, a reset of expectations, and an agreement on a second chance, we moved forward at the top of the year. For a few weeks, he was consistent, proactive, provided timely communication and my dog was making progress. Update. We went well for a few weeks - by March 2023, all appointments were cancel or no show. He told me to schedule direction via text versus using the booking too, for which he never responded to the texts for scheduling. We missed four straight sessions before I gave up. Explanations were everything from "text stuck in send", "dog at emergency vet" to next following week " dog caught in bear trap". It's too much. He ALWAYS has an excuse and will make up reasons for all the negative reviews. Pure SCAM ARTIST.

Adam quietly took a seat and allowed Luda to respond as he naturally would. When he had seen enough to evaluate, he gently took hold of his collar and corrected him. I've never seen Luda's butt hit a floor so fast. He was great about showing us how to correctly correct Luda's behavior, and gave us the priceless advice of not raising our voice, and explaining what the dog was thinking as well and how to use that to get him to behave properly. It was well worth the money, Adam showed up on time, and we'll be using him again when we've implemented his suggestions so that Luda responds without question. He is already SO much better! They immediately resized his collar, gave us a few tips and recommended we join the beginner obedience class. I was nervous for the classes due to his reactivity but the trainers were patient and encouraging every step of the way. We now enjoy walks, his reactivity is to a minimum and I am not nervous when other dogs get too close. Big shout out to the team, Casey, Angela, Jacob and Zach who all shared in our adventure. My dog is so much more well behaved now, I have way more control and I definitely was trained to be a much better leader for my dog. We had casual friendly conversation while I was checking my dog in for her appt. The vet nurse came out and greet me and take my dog to the back. I'm not sure exactly whether it was Telly, Teshauna, or Carina. ( She was short and so bubbly). After the appt Dr. Bobo called to update me on everything regarding my dog and answered all the questions I had. Overall, the very warm and friendly environment these ladies provided to me and my dog was just absolutely amazing! It's normal to receive good customer service there but this specific day was the absolute best experience I have had in all my years of taking my dog to Banfield.
