My knee was swollen and he performed lymphatic massage to help get some of the fluid on my knee down. He told me my pain would increase if fluid builds up in my knee and if the pain became unbearable, the next step would be to have the fluid removed. Scott is very knowledgeable and we discussed CBD oils and creams that may help with pain. My only complaint about TOC is the parking there is difficult. When the business was established years ago, there was no crystal ball to determine the population growth would be what it has been here in Huntsville. They need double the occupancy they have or at least 3 additional floors for parking.

Decent doctors - Utterly incompetent & rude staff My fiancee…read morecame to Dr. Edwards for back pain in June 2025. Before even being able to get the first appointment, we had to convince the office staff that she wasn't just seeking pain meds. This was degrading for a person who was already on disability. After finally getting to see Dr. Edwards, the staff FAILED to notify my fiancee that the injection treatments in her back had been authorized under her old insurance and did not schedule the procedure ("due to high office turnover"). 3 months ago, she scheduled a follow-up for prescription refills and to find out what happened to the injection that was to be scheduled. Not only was the office staff again were rude and dismissive, but they told her the appointment wasn't on their schedule (even though she had a text from the office to remind her to come in). The doctor finally saw her again (several hours later) and arranged to get her on the schedule for her injections in early October. In mid-September, we notified the office that her insurance had changed for the better and provided them all the pertinent policy and group info which would supersede her old Medicaid disability coverage. The office told her "oh no hun, your Medicaid coverage will be primary not your BC/BS" (which is incorrect). One week ago, she went to the outpatient surgical center at the time and day the office staff gave her, only to find that the staff never scheduled the procedure. The outpatient center directed her to the doctor's office to work out what happened. The staff was again rude, insensitive to her pain and utterly dismissive. It caused my fiancee to break down in tears in the waiting area. Finally the staff scheduled the procedure and she made them give her a written confirmation. That brings us to today. Today, two days before our wedding ceremony, she was supposed to have the injections for back pain which has spiraled into chronic debilitating levels. We got her there and she was turned away again. We discovered that the office staff never got authorization under her new insurance. The staff at the doctor's office ran the authorization through Medicaid, never contacting Blue Cross... The utter incompetence, arrogance and cruelty towards patients by the staff is beyond belief. Any good will towards Dr Edwards evaporated after this. I can not recommend this business to anyone in good conscience.
