This is Prom Time of Year! So here's where we came this year to search for a particular brand Jovani. This is what our daughter researched online first. She tried multiple dresses on and fell in love with one but after they checked Jovani inventory the color she wanted she couldn't get. Sold out. So pictures of various styles the shop owner's daughter Isis picked after she got a feel of what ahe wanted hot sent to my phone. She had to choose the beading color and tulle color. So the shop owner kept sending various pictures and between gold and a silver beading she chose the platinum. The next day she checked availability and there was a few in size 0. Jovani is out of New York so you have to wait if it's East Coast till they check if they have the dress. Sometimes just one store in the country mave have that dress in the country. Then you have to call the store and buy it from them. We ordered the dress over the phone. About a week later the dress arrived and she sent us a text. Perfect fit and perfect length. Now we wait for Prom to be rescheduled ... Covid-19. Drama is usually the dress not a virus! Great shopping and ordering experience! The Hispanic lady who was working was very rude to my husband and my child. She followed us around the store as if we were thieves. Then my 16 month old baby reached for a dress and she grabbed her hand and pushed it away saying no. We will not be coming back. read more

IRIS was my ATTENDANT First I had to call to schedule my appointment for shopping for my wedding dress. Appointment only...they are never open, unless you have a prearranged appointment. Told her what my size was. Assured me that they had items in my size... I got there with my daughters, and a group of little high school girls were already there shopping for Prom. I had to stand around and wait for over half an hour just to get into my dressing room. Which I patiently did. And then when they finally put me in a dressing room. My attendant did not help me, at all? With Changing clothes, Trying on the gowns, and finding ones that actually fit me... None of the dresses she pulled for me fit me, Not ONE!! By the time it was all said and done I was in tears and crying in my dressing room... Her mom kept trying to come into my dressing room, and I kept telling her I was getting dressed (I really was getting dressed by this point).. So IRIS convinced me to order a dress in my size out of a book they have. SO I DID, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE LAST FRIDAY OR SATURDAY 5/7 or 5/8/21. Guess what didn't show up... :( That's right my wedding dress... :( GUESS WHO COULDNT CARELESS THAT I LEAVE NEXT WEEK FOR MY WEDDING OUT OF STATE WITH...YOU GOT IT ... NO DRESS!!! NO SHOES!!! NO VIEL... Nada, why because my dress didn't show up, so that I could purchase my accessories for it. I called them today I spoke with my attendant IRIS to see if it had miraculously showed up and guess what...Yep..MY DRESS STILL ISNT IN... IRIS will not tell me who they ordered my dress through and so I can call and find out what the problem is or where its at??? I asked IRIS today for the UPS Tracking number and was given EXCUSES as to why she doesn't have this information. " They didn't give it her" I then informed her that if they had sent the item all she had to do was ask for the tracking number...Which I know she can pull up on her phone, but she apparently doesn't want too put forth that much effort to help me... "AGAIN" I was told it might possibly show up tomorrow? If UPS Delivers it. They will not give me the UPS Tracking number that is supposedly attached to my dress that is somewhere on the back of truck "SOMEWHERE" But supposedly if it comes in tommorrow she will let me know and I can then come and pick it up at 6:00 PM FRIDAY NIGHT I don't not recommend this place at all for purchasing a wedding dress or formal gown from. Their customer service is terrible. And they are totally and completely unreliable DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. If its not here tomorrow. I will be filing a lawsuit for ruining my out of state Wedding, and the expenses that I am going to incur having to " RENT MY WEDDING DRESS OUT OF STATE, BECAUSE THEY ARE AN UNDEPANDABLE MERCHANDISER" read more

This local business is AMAZING! The customer service is absolutely incredible. The manager, Isis, is so sweet, helpful, informative, uplifting, and encouraging. She was with me for 2 hours choosing and trying on multiple dresses. It was difficult to choose which dress I wanted the most, all of them are breathtaking and enchanting!!!! The dresses and accessories are stunning. There's a huge variety and selection of colors, sizes, and styles of dresses. I have never left a poor review in my life. This boutique has awfully snide customer service representatives, very catty and unwilling to put on a smile for anyone they deem unworthy. I had a terrible experience here, in which they REMOVED A DRESS from my fitting room because they said it WOULD NOT FIT someone of my body type (I'm a size 4-6, mind you) and then LAUGHED at my daughter who is only fourteen years old when she was trying on an unflattering & overpriced dress, then made a sort exasperated noise at us Their comments about other women's body types are absolutely shameful, and I'm sad to say that I had to spend more time than I ever wished to comfort my daughter after this poor experience. Shame on you for the treatment of your customers. There's a SIGNIFICANT difference between being a royal witch and being worried about someone damaging your dresses (I'm sorry, but we're both rather thin to pull that off with the dress I had chosen) maybe treat your customers with respect before word gets around! read more

Don't plan on going back, most the items don't have any price tags, and when I ask the price I feel like she just tosses some high number on the items, items which I know if I searched online on lulu or Milanoo or some website like that I could find for one eighth the price she's selling this cr*p for! This is the second time I've been there, and fourth time I've gone to find the doors locked during their "open" hours. I almost gave up but the third time I went I was excited to see the doors were unlocked for once. The fourth time I went back the doors were again closed during their open hours, so I called the number for their business and the lady answered and said oh sorry out for lunch and asked me to hold on and that she would be there in five, thirty or so minutes passed I almost gave up right when the lady got there to open up the doors. Number one if they have lunch hours they need to set them up and set a norm time and advertise this on the door. Instead they leave potential customers confused. Also the three out of four times I did show up and the doors were locked were ALL random hours and times, varying from 1 pm to 4 pm. Lunch is typically 12. It just doesn't show they are trying hard enough for their service and any service like that doesn't strive for their customers. I will not be returning, it's a waste of gas money to drive to a dead end of locked doors, and their prices are frankly scummy. Won't be going back. read more
