Complaint Please explain the entire circumstances surrounding your complaint below: There was a Hoodlum with a white t-shirt and a Black baseball cap on Backwards Smoking right out front. The front doors are always open to this place - but regardless it's Obviously AGAINST THE LAW to smoke in front a building. When a customer politely told the guy this - He Harassed the nice lady and his Creepy-looking girlfriend did too, by way of Harassing her and Yelling Bizarre comments & Obsessing & GAWKING at my friend and Imposing Hostile comments. Naturally, We let the Obese indian woman Rep know as ppl are Not permitted to Smoke directly in front and the Worker responded with Abuse & Unprofessional and Lied and said she supposedly talked to her manager "Brian" - Not Lawful Community-minded Nor Lawful ppl for sure!!!! To put it kindly. We asked the Rep's name and she Hostilely and Unprofessionally Refused to provide it, which They also have No Legal Right Nor Business to do either. And Naturally we don't Appreciate them trying to create a Hostile environment. We Filed a Police Report and we have the Hoodlums' Plate number and phone number since They Advertised on the White Suv they're driving for sale (928 349 3953). And we Filed a Police Report on the worker too since she's Evidently a Liar (she said she called her manager "Brian" but That's Not a Factual statement) and she Evidently Condones, Encourages & Tolerates Abuse and Harassment, and is Not Competent to perform the Essential functions of her job. It was Racially motivated as well since the worker was Obviously friends with the HOODLUMS. The next Caucasian ppl that were even remotely nearby the Crazy Couple and the Obese Indian Worker SHOUTED AND HARASSED RACIAL SLURS AT SOME WHITE WOMEN WHO WERE MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS WALKING THEIR DOG. Then it could be heard from a mile away at their ridiculous Bizarre and Hostile SHOUTING as They were Bad mouthing the nice lady who politely told them they weren't allowed to smoke in front of the building Further proving that their Harassment Campaign was Racially motivated. And the worker had her "friends" the Hoodlum couple (who shouldn't be having kids Omg that's Scary!!! - you can imagine they're Not Fit parents since They're around Breaking the Law and Harassing & Terrorizing Innocent ppl in the community) who were Smoking out front of the building and Harassing the nice lady, FURTHER Harass her by Blocking her vehicle in the parking Lot and Shouting Obscenities and Abusive language at her - As you know, It is ALSO Unlawful to Block ppl or restrain their movements - THAT'S KIDNAPPING. IT'S ALSO UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT, which are both FELONIES. Scary they had small children with them!!!! If They Harass innocent strangers and So Arrogantly Violate the Rights of others - how do you think They treat kids. Child Protective Services should really look into these ppl!!!! Scary!!!! Abusive Ignroant ppl. whom Evidently delight in Breaking the Law and Harassing any innocent citizen who objects. Crazy!!!!!! The woman was simply waiting for a friend and trying to get her laundry. The white women even "joked" to the Couple that they Didn't work there. And told the Worker that she shouldn't allow other ppl to Harass her customers. This happened at 7:30 p.m. but over an hour later after 8:30 you can hear these Hoodlums saying "there was a white person "trippin""... Wow! OBVIOUSLY THEY'RE the ones OBSESSED with ppl and a FACTUAL STATEMENT would be that, "a customer reminded a family there is No smoking allowed in front of the building" and was MALICIOUSLY HARASSED, GAWKED AND STALKED AND ABUSED - Something Seriously Deranged about these ppl. Obviously normal Healthy people and Legitimate businesses don't treat people this way, and it's scary that if they're going to ABUSE innocent people then how do you think they treat their kids and OBVIOUSLY THEY'RE NOT COMPETENT to even professionally run a stupid creepy laundromat - How Pathetic!!!!!!! This Business is Not running a Legitimate operation and they should be Fined and Compensate the Victim for the Harassment. And Obviously the worker had the family Maliciously Attack and Confront the poor lady - and the Worker had the Family Harass any white ppl who came to get their laundry.
