They could have put a camera through the line instead. They also did not clean up the mess or put grass seed down. When I called I was told the they were insulted that I wanted a refund. Paid $1500 and then had to have another company come out and do it right. The second company only charged $500. Do not use this team for a septic inspection when selling a house. They wanted to come back and charge me $3000 more to "fix" a pipe that had no problems.

Unfortunately, no one ever showed up, and I never received any follow-up or communication about the appointment. Because of this, my tub is still running and the issue remains unresolved. We have used him for 10 years here at the lake…read more He first checks to see if the Septic needs to be pumped if not just gives a receipt that shows was checked and not needed for Franklin County. If it needs to be pumped he will make sure that there is nothing left in the tank and everything is back as it should be. It takes awhile to get an appointment but well worth the wait....
