Buyer BEWARE! There posted internet price isn't what they will charge you, they have about $4,000 worth of mandatory (according to them) add-ons they'll try to hit you with. They also claim that you can't get financing without the add-ons. Chauncey, a Salesman there is the first car salesman I have ever had start screaming because I counteroffered and wouldn't accept their deal. I opted to walk away from the car after this, unfortunate it was a nice vehicle. Worst Salesman I've ever dealt with. We traveled to Fowler Dodge to view a specific pickup that they had advertised online for the cash price of $36177. The listing online included multiple photos, full description, VIN, including accessories and features. When we arrived, we asked about it and the sales manager came out and stated that the price would not be the advertised truck in the photo because it had after market upgrades that were in the photo in the advertisement. We said they should sell it as they advertised it but the sales manager specifically said, "I'm not selling it for that price." We left. Would not recommend. read more

When asked about a possible loaner he was told they could work something out. Then silence. Service dept is a joke. Twice now they have had my truck for the same issue ( 3rd total time in their shop for the same issue) and they just drove my truck for about a month without even contacting me at all since the day I dropped it off. On 1/21 I called them that's when I found they had, had my truck for that long and was unable to get the problem to happen again despite the sales manager telling me the week prior they had to order a part for it,can't quite figure that out. Called that manager back and left a voicemail and my call was not returned. No communication and they just like to joyride in peoples vehicles using OUR gas that they don't replace, but by god you better bring the loaner back with the same amount of gas you left with or they charge you an ungodly amount per gallon! They don't update the firmware or the maps on their used vehicles. Then they want to charge you to do the update. They also had two brand new Dodge ram trucks. One diesel and one regular gas pretty much running all day long while the radios were playing so you be buying a brand new car with little to no miles but a lot of hours on the motor. read more

Long story, but please read. This has been a nightmare since September 2021.Now. May 2nd 2022. I wish to report 2 Dealerships with Dodge The first is in Oklahoma City and the other in Albuquerque, I will also be sending copies of this letter to both Albuquerque and Oklahoma City. Att General We were travelling from Myrtle Beach to return home to Las Vegas Pulling our 5th wheel with Our 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually Diesel, just outside of Oklahoma City we began to lose power in the truck. We managed to get to our destination in an RV park. In the morning of 09.29 2021 the truck was towed into Fowler Dodge, and we were dealing with the Service Manager, we were given a list of things that needed repair on our truck. We realize now that many of these repairs were not necessary to get our truck back on the road so we could continue our journey, we trusted Fowler Dodge that these repairs were absolutely needed to get our truck back on the road. Fowler Dodge did many repairs, Including replacing a gasket on the Engine, and work on our Transmission which we believed was a rebuild on the transmission, and none of the repairs that they did fixed the truck, we picked up our truck on 10.08.2021 and had paid $9,700,45 (receipt # 1 ) My partner took the truck to fill it with Diesel and the service engine light came on. We took the truck back to them and we where informed that our Turbo needed to be replaced, we paid them a further $1,762.17 (receipt # 2) we picked our truck up from them on 10.08.2021. And continued our journey. After 450 miles we experienced the same problem with our truck, it lost power and the revolutions on the engine were very high, we had to pull over on the side of the I 40 west as we could go no further. We where in Santa Rosa at this time. We were towed into Albuquerque by our AAA membership, they had to tow not just our truck, but also our 5th wheel, Unfortunately this was the weekend of the Balloon festival and we could not get a space to stay in, we called the Elk lodge and they where kind enough to let us park in their parking lot, we managed to get into an RV park on 10.11.2021. We had to be towed to the RV park and we were charged $250 by the towing service. And we stayed There until the 10.20.2021, our truck was not repaired as of this date, but I had to return to Las Vegas to attend some very important medical appointments. I had to Purchase another truck to be able to continue our journey, The Dodge truck was left with Larry H Miller, 9733 Coors Blvd NW, #100, Albuquerque, NM. but they could not give me a definitive reason for the problem with our truck, and our truck was then towed to Larry H. Miller 8528 Lomas Blvd, and I spoke with the Service Manager . He told me that our truck needed a Fuel Rail. The cost of Repair was $2.627.60.(receipt # 3)He assured me that this was the problem with our truck and this would fix all our problems. We could not get back to Albuquerque until 12.18.2021, we picked up our truck and on 12.19.2021 we left Albuquerque to continue our Journey and where headed to Texas. I drove the Dodge Ram 3500, and my partner towed the 5th wheel with our other truck. After approx. 250 Miles the truck started to lose power, and the revolutions where in the 3000 range, the truck would not go above 30mph. We had to leave our truck in storage at AOK RV park to carry on to our destination in Myrtle beach, we had a reservation and if we had not arrived by 12.23.2021 we would have lost $2000, as our reservation cost was not refundable. In the New Year we contacted a local mechanic who towed our Dodge Ram 3500 into his shop, He had a lot of trucks to repair, so we did not get the truck Diagnosed until Early January, due to weather He told us that he had no doubt that the problem was coming from the transmission, we had the transmission fixed in Oklahoma City at Fowler Dodge we believed, and we had been told it was under warranty for 2 years, so we requested that our mechanic tow the vehicle over to Texas Dodge 7800 I-40 Frontage Rd , Amarillo TX so we could have our truck fixed under warranty, we were sadly mistaken , as The service manager Andrew tells us that they have taken the transmission apart and that the Accumulator did not have a seal when inspected, and Fowler Dodge should have replaced this seal when they worked on the transmission, however the part that has failed was not replaced by Fowler Dodge and this is not under warranty, he then presented my with an invoice for $1,700 for Labor to strip down the Transmission, and informed me that it would cost $10,000 for a new Transmission, he also told me that if Fowler dodge had done this in the first repair that was done then it would have been fixed and our truck would have been roadworthy. I have not authorized any further work to be done on my Dodge Ram, and it is still there, I have received a communication from Fowler Holdings that They decline to do anything about this, It is still in the hands of the Attorney Genera read more

Not worth 1 star! DON'T SHOP HERE!!! $32K FOR A TRUCK AND $5,500 IN REPAIRS IN ~1,600 MILES!!!! NEARLY $7,500 MORE ON THE WAY!!! Check out my receipts. These things didn't just happen overnight. I bought a 2017 Ford F150 with ~94k miles on it. Before all those ridiculous repairs, I found out the starter was bad when I got it home the very next morning. Less than 12 hours of ownership! Then I had to call to get the invoice for my records and there's a line on there for an UNIDENTIFIED ISSUE that says "I do not consent to service". Which means they likely found another issue and didn't disclose it. The mileage in was the same as the mileage out on my truck which means they didn't even drive it but said they "could not duplicate issue". This dealer is not transparent or trustworthy! read more

I want to start off by saying that Megan (the sales person) who helped me was top notch. Picked me up from the airport and shuttled me to the dealership. 5/5 I purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and began my drive back to California the same day. 700 miles into the trip, I stop to refuel in Denver, CO only for the car to not start. Get it towed the Larry H Dodge in Denver and they diagnose the issue as a faulty fuel pump. No idea how I was able to drive the car 700 miles filling it up once in between only for the fuel pump to fail on the second fill up. That happened at the end of August. It is now mid-October and my car is finally being delivered to me in the next couple days (Chrysler corporate agreed to ship the car for me from Denver to California free of charge). I have not had the car for about a month and a half but was still responsible for the monthly payments on the loan. I requested to be compensated for one month of my monthly payment which I don't think is an unfair ask. Haven't heard anything from the dealership since. read more

I went to get my car just to find out that none of the problems had been fixed to which they say they will fix them but they couldn't take my car in at the moment and would call me in a week to bring it in. Weeks have passed and i haven't gotten a single call even when i called them a week later but no one would return my call or would answer and tell me that they would call me back just to not. These people are pretty pathetic. We had talked to a salesmen for over a week about a vehicle we were interested in. We even put down a deposit of $2000 dollars (obviously we meant business) they knew we were headed to pick the vehicle up that weekend. Mind you, we are from out of state. We headed to OKC after work on Friday night, got in around 530 am Saturday morning, slept for 2 hrs then went into the dealership to sign paperwork, pick up our vehicle and head back on our trip (we had to work the very next morning). We were brought in, offered coffee, water, etc. Everyone seemed pretty decent. We waited a bit to see our salesmen, who apparently hadn't come in yet. No big deal. Anyway, they took us out to show us the vehicle we were there for. It had not been detailed. Not even cleaned. Not even an attempt to make it look half decent. It reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were terrible. Tobacco on the seats, in the center console, trash, etc. A "manager" came out and apologized for the vehicle and mentioned he was very "embarrassed" about it and that this wasn't their norm. He did say that he would make sure it was detailed and cleaned by the time we were done with our paperwork. We finally get in with our salesmen. Of course, they wanted to play dumb games, even though we'd outlined everything before we got there, over the phone all week prior. They tried to strong arm us into a warranty, no thanks. They said that was the ONLY reason we were able to get our interest rate, and that it was a package deal. Also says we might not be able to get the "package" offered if we didn't take their warranty. Pretty comical. Anyhow, I asked several times if the vehicle was being detailed. Several times I was reassured that it had been taken to the back and was being taken care of. We finish paperwork, they bring our truck out, in the same damn condition it was in hours prior. Once again, not even a half assed attempt to make it decent. I was in disbelief that the lady who'd brought it out had the nerve to even tell us that it had been cleaned and detailed. We'd already swapped keys, she was getting into our old truck, I stop her and show her the inside of the truck, the tobacco and trash. She seriously gives me the most dumbfounded look EVER and asks to give her 10 minutes. She apologized and says the temp guy in the back is new, they're all super busy and all this other crap. By this point, I don't even care. Just get out of my face. About 25-30 mins go by, she finally comes back. Finally, a half assed attempt. I do thank her, at least someone, finally, did something. I caught the "manager" who'd promised the vehicle would be cleaned & detailed, mentioned the issue again and he begins to apologize again and says it's a Saturday, they don't have a detailing crew on hand on weekends, etc. So.... why tell me you were gonna clean the damn truck? He says "well, I apologize but I don't know who we have here on Saturdays" in a snappy asshole tone. He offers that if we're ever in the area we could stop by to have it cleaned. Are you kidding me?! Like I'd ever wanna come back to this shitty place. So pathetic! The nerve!Apparently no one in that damn place knows their asshole from their elbow. All in all, we missed a day of work, drove 16 hrs to buy a new (to us) 60+ thousand dollar truck that wasn't even vacuumed. Pretty damn pathetic. If my husband wasn't dead set on the truck, if we hadn't missed work and drove so damn far, I would've said no thanks and have taken my business elsewhere. However, we don't get the luxury of many days off. We've been working without a day off since December 8th, the dealership knew this too. It's just nice to know that a customers time isn't near as important as theirs. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else & get treated way better. These guys suck. Seriously. read more

I saw a truck online that I was interested in. I called and ended up talking to a Salesman named Shawn. He went above and beyond to send me some extra photos and provide extra information on the truck before I drove to check it out. We set up a time to test drive it. When I showed up, he was ready to go and was extremely pleasant during the whole process. He was nothing but helpful and not pushy at all. No shadiness from him. Unfortunately when I sat down with the finance guy, we just couldn't come to a price that was in my budget, so I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them. There's a reason everyone wrote bad reviews. This place sucks lol. They have false advertising which they won't fully disclose up front to but admitted to once directly questioned. They low ball like I've never seen and I have seen a lot of people low ball lol. I only came in because I was in the area so it was not a huge waste of my time but time wasted nonetheless. I love Dodge's and want to stay loyal to local dealers but not this place haha. Don't waste your time or energy coming here. My review is about the SERVICE DEPARTMENT....I had a light come on in the Jeep. I called on Monday and the SERVICE DEPARTMENT set me an appointment for Thursday at 2:00. I took the Jeep in at that time and had another person follow me to leave the Jeep for them to look at it and tell me what was wrong. When we get there "on time " for our appointment they inform me that they had to keep the Jeep for 48 hours to diagnose the vehicle. I was not offered a loaner vehicle. Please change your policy when you set appointments and tell people that you will be keeping their vehicle 48 hours to diagnose any problems. Most people can't go that long without a car. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I wasn't going to say anything but can't let it go. We purchased a ford explorer used there and thought we were getting a good deal. I put 8k down and thought it would take money off my 22k vehicle. So when I saw my full financed amount it was for my buying price of 22k. Turns out they gave me a 8k warranty so no money at all went to my car. We "paid" for gap and turns out even though we have gap paperwork the dealership has no record of it. The 8k warranty only covered an additional 30k miles and was all mechanical except for 4 free oil changes. Today was the second time this dealership has let me down. I made an appointment online for 7:15am to make sure they would have time to fix the dangerous issue on my Jeep. Woke up and was there by 6:59am. Waited until about 7:20 before anyone spoke to me and was told they would need to keep my car until Friday to even look at it. None of this was communicated on their website. The service advisor said I should have called and they would have told me that. The issue I needed fixed is a known Jeep defect in the steering damper that causes Death Wobble at high rates of speed. I informed the service adviser and he said there was nothing they could do until Friday. I asked if I could just bring my car back when they were ready and again, no accommodation was made. I was told I must leave my car for two days. This is not even remotely realistic for anyone. No car or reasonable offer was made to help me. I have purchased one brand new Jeep from this dealership with cash. I will not be coming back. read more

Service department is unreliable and inefficient. I had warranty work to get done on my jeep but they had to order the part. When the part came in, no one bothered to notify me. I called to check status and it had arrived the day before. I made an appointment and was told by multiple people that it would take about 2hrs. My husband and I dropped my car off at 9am and confirmed the estimated time with the tech of 2 hours. 5 hours later we called to check the status and the guy said they were still waiting on the part?! We informed him they received the part and our vehicle was currently there; he quickly stated that he would have "Jason call me right back with an update". Jason didn't call back. We went to service department and literally no one had any idea of what was going on with our jeep! We told them we wanted it back asap and would have work done elsewhere. They are reliant on their iPads as if it were their actual brains, yet there is no consistency in how they are updating information so no one is aware of what is going on. After this experience, I have to question whether they actually changed my oil and air filter on the initial visit! Literally, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing in this service department. read more

My wife bought a 2014 Jeep Patriot, was told she had two years of oil changes. Well they must have some sort of special math because two years should come out to around eight oil changes.( every 3,000 miles or 3 months) She went to get the first one and was told she had three changes left, she brought this to their attention and was told that policy was to only give four oil changes in TWO YEARS! What a joke, it may not be a big deal to someone, but she uses her vehicle for work and puts quite a bit of mileage on it. Very disappointed in the way they don't give true information when purchasing a vehicle. Should have gone elsewhere. Also had check engine light pop up less than 10 days after car was brought home, contacted dealership thinking they would step up and correct issue, since it was so close to purchase date and nothing. Didn't offer any assistance, they were more than willing to take more money from us just to look at it. Took it to the auto shop we've used for years and they took care of it. The manager then came outside with him to talk me into getting the car and also told me he didn't know the price. I trusted this dealership with vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday morning at 9 for overheating and leaking antifreeze. Instead of doing a pressure check, they did an engine diagnosis, which took them almost 2 days. In all, they took 3 1/2 days to replace a waterpump and thermostat. They supposedly tested the cooling system, however, it's still leaking from the same place. If I could rate them a zero, I would. I later called to get a quote to change the radiator, which I found the leak with a flashlight. They wouldn't give me a firm price, just that it'll run around $900. The service tech said that their computers would give him a price, but it's $140 pretty hour to troubleshoot and fix. I explained that I don't want them to troubleshoot, just change the radiator. I ended up just hanging up and ended up with Firestone doing it correctly. Shame on Fowler dodge for not being able to fix a dodge. read more

I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and my salesman GM and finance manger were awesome they promised tires for life but they don't that any more and charged me for tire warranty and told they were going to give me gap insurance and charged me for that as well and my payment was between 550 and 575 and ended up 605 the and put a Jeep they showed me wasn't the Jeep they gave me the one I got had a air pump which is no help when you get a blow out and lost a couple of options they were smiling while sticking it to me and cost of spare is about 380 I would rather have a spare than a air pump read more
