I remember when I was purchasing the car an older man was having problems with over heating, should have been a red flag from the beginning. It's not even the guys who sale the cars or the guys who work the shop. It's the financing side. Everyone else really is so nice and helpful. I went in and traded in my old car for a new one, within an hour the whole front end messed up. I called and they had me bring the car back immediately for repairs. So that car has been sitting in their shop since the day I signed the paperwork on it. That was almost 2 weeks ago. My first payment came due, and they are charging me for not having insurance on a car that I do not have possession of (my insurance requires 360 pictures of the car and a picture of the VIN number). The only advice the financing department gave me was to call the shop and rush the work. This is an absolute joke. Then add in that they tried to charge me for two different car payments on two different vehicles which my bank flagged as fraud and locked my whole account causing the payment for my actual vehicle to be denied and me having to pay an extra fee. read more

dont buy from here I have owned a van from here for 6 to 7 months so far it needed three batteries 2 alternator oil sensors transmission sensor serpentine belt brakes and rotors it also has a hole in the radiator and all hoses are bad the front end is bad it goes through tires in like three months. Shady. Buy somewhere else if you can. They have repeatedly threatened to repose my vehicle, turn it off and even continue to send threating email and they won't stop calling after being told to stop. They have also changed my due date without any notice, which is why I'm perpetually a few days late paying. They also feel entitled to know every detail about your life. Also, they do install devices to track your vehicle violating your privacy. Buyer Beware. One more thing. The CarFax they showed me was clear of accidents, but I've since discovered that my truck was in an accident on the passenger side resulting in a mismatch of the paint and the clearcoat peeling off. They sell lemon cars. Make them look nice and driveable until you've had it for a few days then that's when they start falling apart on you. Now my turbo went out and I'm stuck with trying to pay for it because an after market catalytic converter was put on the car and the warranty is now void. Purchased a vehicle from this group. Within 14 days the check engine light came on. Contacted my salesman -John Frank who stated "Now is our time to shine". I cant get you a loaner car because everyone is gone for the weekend but bring your rental receipts in Monday and we will make it right. Trusted his representations, rented a car, and contacted them on Monday. On Monday I was informed they don't do loaner cars, aren't going to reimburse me for the rental and after I towed the car to them, they told me they had run the diagnostic and the car would be ready for me to pick up today. Got a call this afternoon that the car is now not going to be ready until Tuesday (like I can believe that) I am going to lose my job if I do not have my car back in time to go to work on Monday. The sales Manager would not return my calls. I have filed a complaint with OK Motor Vehicle Commission and Used Motor Vehicle and Parts Commission of Oklahoma. Purchased a 2011 Ford Expedition June of 2020 was told it had 10 year warranty. I drive a lot out 40000 miles on it in 14 months had motor issues and needs the motor replaced. So I was like thankful I have a warranty on the motor and transmission so I had it towed to the dealership the checked it out said yes it needs a motor. But I had gone over the allowed 2000 miles per month I was like I was never told about the stipulation for the warranty just that the oil had to be changed and upkeep. Now they have said I needed to pay 5600.00 for a motor. First of all they overcharge for their vehicles and high interest. I still owe over 15k on a 7k expedition now they want me to pay 5600. I have tried to talk to managers and nobody will call me back all I get is the run around. I love my expedition just want it fixed. I had a couple of friends buy a car from The Key at their midwest city location and they had bad credit and not a lot of options. So they got a car when a regular dealership would not finance them. However, once it was all said and done they got mediocre cars that were overpriced and paid a large financing charge. If you have bad credit then I guess this is an okay place to go but I hope you have other options. read more

I have been financing my car through here since June of 2019, on a biweekly payment plan paying way too much but since I have bad credit this was one of very few options. Shortly after I brought the car home issues with the car started showing up. The day your payment is due you will start getting harassed, then you will start getting around 10 to 12 calls a day and numerous messages and emails constantly which is annoying on its own, but the case managers are very condescending, rude, and judgy. I have never been talked to like a child and an idiot because I won't have income for two weeks. Apparently being 6 days late on a car payment is "UNACCEPTABLE" according my case manager. If I hadn't already paid several thousand on my vehicle I would let it go back to never have to deal with these people again. So I have had my 2013 Ford Focus for 1.5 years now. Lately it's been giving my issues. The trunk won't open. It says it's opened, that makes the doors not in lock or lock. And the Key pad had quit working. To top that off, Ford has put faulty transmissions in these cars. I spoke with the Key. They said to take it up with Ford. We were told at the end of this lengthy process, that because our addresses were not the same for the past three years, the application was not approved. Never heard of that before. The lady who waited on us seemed to be working three or so customers at once. Wait...wait, and wait some more. I think there are much better options for people who maybe can't go to Hudiburg Suburu and get a new one. At least not be hearded like livestock by greedy salespeople. My husband and I just purchased our 3rd and 4th cars from here. Up until this time we have been completely happy with our experiences. We purchased both cars on the same day in early March. After numerous calls and after being given the run around we finally received our titles at the very end of May. We called almost daily from the date the paper tags went out. All we were told was that the title department was way behind but that they would pay any tickets we might get as a result of the delay. Once we finally got the titles in the mail I was not added to my husbands which prevents us from getting tags through my tribe. I can't bring myself to give 5 stats because of the price of my car it's WAAAY too much for a 2012, HOWEVER that was my decision to go ahead and get the car. it sucks to have bad credit. HOWEVER, even if it doesn't count I will give 5 stars for the customer service I experienced with Matt, the service tech manager. During my test drive the gauge on the dash said "tire low" so they aired it up and sent me on my way 3 days later I was having the same problem again, I talked to Matt and he changed the tire and my oil with no problem! about 4 days after that i noticed the back two tires were not the right size for my car, Matt told me to bring it again. he had the back two tires changed and fixed my horn! he even sat with me a few minutes after it was all done to talk to me about what would be the best fuel for my car and what to do to check the amount of miles I was getting per tank. he looks like he's a grumpy gills, but I'm pretty sure he's a big teddy bear. my customer service experience with the key was nothing but fabulous! read more
