The communication felt unprofessional, and there wasn't much effort to find a solution or work with me during a tough time. Instead, things escalated quickly toward legal action, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Your used vehicle is going to have nicks and dents - as the owner said "it's a used rental car, it's going to have wear and tear." Don't expect to impress anyone with what you get. e. You're not promised a full tank when you pick up the car - mine had 3/8ths of a tank. But you only have to put in as much gas as you use - if he gives it to you with 3/8ths of a tank, that's all it has to have when you return it. I drove my car for 4 days and only used $10 in gas. I'm not disappointed and I won't say anything negative about my experience - I would rent from this firm again knowing what I know now, but it's certainly not for everyone.
