These pepole aren't what they say they are. they will tell you if you don't have insurance then you can pay for insurance through them. car note say I pay 150 every other week. but I paid 180 every two weeks thinking it's for insurance but once I got into a wrack then in now I have no insurance on the car. now they are trying to send me to collecting knowing they went in got that car out. i seen it back on the lot. so how do I owe them anything? read more

so I generally try to not rate right away but I'm a little confused to the treat and help I have received so far and it hasn't been long.. but I was told if I had issues w the vehicle to bring it into service and they would look and see cause and if it's under warranty they would take care of it.. I didn't realize they would just put it on the scanner and clear the code and act like it was my gas cap etc.. then I was also told by finance if I had any issues paying to call her and she would help me anyway she could.. we'll new job so my pay is off so I called and asked for a few days extensio.. I was told no because I'm a new account... we'll then don't tell your customers that you will do one thing just to make a sale.. This is not a dealership I would recommend. I went here in need of a reliable vehicle. My car waited for a néw dash for two and half months. Then it was the wrong one now it's in my car but not right . My car was not detailed correctly ever!!! They will not work with you on your payments . My car never had a oil change even though I was lied to and told it was . I feel that the salesperson (AJ) took advantage of me. I would like to follow up with the my previous review. My mom passed from Covid last year and I am a Oklahoma Educator which is why I had to go to I 35 auto in the first place I fell on hard times . The car I gave you guys a review got worst . Two weeks ago I took it to Post Toyota to get my tires worked on they let me know that my left axle was completely in half leaking oil and that the dealership that sold it to me should be told and do something immediately before something happened bad. I had to drive out of down I called the dealership the manager (gm) was not in and service was not in I was told for two days. Finally I get to speak to someone and it was the woman who handles my acccount she tells me it doesn't matter about what's going on with my car it , my payment still need to be paid. She even says don't you understand about bills being paid. I explain I do however my car needs to be worked on first and I need to speak to Gm first. She tells me she will speak to ma and get back with me. So this brings to me to last night. I have already start working my husband and daughter take my car per GM Mark for trying to help. However , it's fixed but this lady won't release my car until the payment is made in full. Please don't mess with dealership!!! I am a Sped teacher Educator that can't get to work due to this . The only one working and this is how this dealership wants to do things! please tread lightly if you choose to do business here. There are a lot of dealerships that will work with you ! I've been with I-35 Credit Auto for a couple years and they haven't let me know yet! Great unique choice of cars. Affordable if you are a reliable person. Zack is the manager in service and helped me with my car the day of in 25 mins top! That was remarkable! AJ works in sales and he helped me find and get the perfect car that suits me, my preferences and my lifestyle. They sell you janky cars and over charge you more then what the car is worth to begin with if you went to sell it yourself and they are not understanding when life gets in the way. Also don't work very well with your payment with your job paydays especially if it changes to weekly pay they will make you pay a 2 weeks payment worth for your car. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a vehicle from here. They had what appeared to be a decent warrantee. I did utilize it a couple times. The second time I used it they towed the vehicle back to their shop and charged me 270 for the tow afterwards and without telling me there would be any charges for the tow up frint. RIP OFF 1. While the jeep was in the shop under warrantee I told them that the front. differential was making bad sounds and needed maintenance. Their reply was "What do you want us to do fix everyrhing?" Well yes that's what a warrantee is for. Now that the front differential is completely shot and the warrantee is out they all if the sudden don't want to work with me by putting me into a different vehicle that will not break down every fucking month.
