I scheduled service on my 2019 Raptor a few weeks. I dropped the truck off and gave them a call after 2 days since I hadn't heard anything from them. The individual in the service department said they hadn't had a chance to look at it and probably wouldn't for a few days. What's the use of scheduling an appointment for my vehicle just to sit there for days. I went and picked up my truck and the service coordinator said we actually looked at your truck but didn't see any issue. Completely lied to me to manipulate the situation. I've bought vehicles from this location and used them for all my service needs. That will end after this experience. Unprofessional at best. read more

I recently had some recommended work done at Fowler Ford. The job was for spark plugs. A $250 job that ballooned to $650. The next day, I noticed the smell of burning oil. I opened the hood to find the engine covered in oil. I reached out to the dealership to fix this. They took the car back To fix the leaking oil. Fowler Ford told me that this problem is resolved. However, I still have a small oil leak. The evidence is on my garage floor right now. This car was operating perfectly until I let Fowler Ford work on it. Now I'm going to be out even more money because I now have to take it to another shop because I don't trust Fowler Ford to work on it. read more

I receive 3 spam emails every day from this "unflushed toilet", and what makes this stand out is that Fowler started spamming people in the first place! Most companies learned the lesson against annoying and harassing their customers twenty years ago. But after repeated "unsubscribe" button presses, multiple email requests, and multiple phone calls asking them to stop, they are still doing it. SMH. And to extrapolate, I bought a brand new truck from them 6 years ago and brought it in to have the Sync fixed. I got the run-around, and blatant lies that they tell everyone just to get me to go away. So after all their spam and my phone calls asking them to go away... Now they want ME to go away... read more

We were very disappointed with this dealership. We purchased a vehicle from them in March. At the time of the deal, the salesman did know anything and constantly had to ask others. The finance person had us sign our contract, all paperwork done. They wanted to detail it, we came back an hour later and the finance manager had us sign a new contract with a higher interest rate and no explanation. We have incredible credit and there was no reason for the change. We ended up paying it off before the first payment. We had an ordeal getting our second key, kept getting the run around. People would not return our calls. Took over a month. Then the final straw came today. We had to have some work on it at a body shop only to find out the car had been wrecked before. We saw car facts with no accidents and we asked if the car had been wrecked and was told no. This is a terrible dealership and I will not ever return!! Get your car somewhere else! read more

My experience at Fowler Ford was awful!!!! I made an appointment in the morning to go see a car and was told it would be pulled around front for me when i got there at 2 oclock because i had a 4 and a half hour drive to go look at this car. i arrived at the dealership at 2 right on time only to find that the car i had made an appointment to see was sold the night before. In my opinion this shows complete disregard for my time not to mention the gas money i was out for such a long trip and then to top it off all anyone said was "sorry". No explanation or consolation. I can honestly say i have never had such a poor experience at any car lot and i trade cars very often. if you are looking to purchase from Fowler Ford my advise would be to call first and walk them through how to do their job to ensure that they dont waste your time or money. read more

This is some of the worst service I've ever seen. I have a brand new F-150 that I purchased from them earlier this year and had problems with a glitchy navigation and the regular recalls. I took it in and when I got it back I had the same glitchy navigation. I called saying the problem wasn't fixed and they proceeded to tell me they had run all protocol and Ford didn't recommend buying me a new one. I drove up there and had to show them videos for them to take it back in (warranty work should be done anyways?). Anyways it's been 2+ weeks of and still no word on my truck. I call and ask when it will be ready and they claim today. When I asked the rep what has taken so long he passive aggressively says "work, we just have done work on it" not even knowing what they've done. I have a feeling they let it sit there the whole time. I will not be buying a ford again and definitely not any other vehicle from Fowler Ford/Toyota. The worst customer service I've ever seen in any establishment. read more
