I live close to Savannah GA and my local dealer quoted me a package that charged more than MSRP for the tractor and loader. I shopped around and found Beshears Kubota, and Joe gave me a very fair deal. I drove over 250 miles each way to purchase the tractor package and it was worth every minute on the road. I definitely felt like I was valued as a customer. If you are considering purchasing a new Kubota, I highly recommend Beshears Kubots.

Called Beshears in opelika the lady over warranty she talked to service manager he said bring it down landpride was good on warranty took to the service manager he immediately said what did you hit . He was the rudest person as a manager that I've ever dealt with and even insinuated I was lying he called me the next day and said that land pride was not going to cover it was my fault that the slip clutch didn't work but it worked 2 weeks before. Other people that have seen the driveline think the metal just had a flaw in it. Either way I think it should have been covered under warranty but that's their choice. I am paying for about 40 000 bucks of equipment I got from there and they can't cover a 107$ part that's what it cost me to order the oem part. l have had 2 more problems down there where people were rude or short with me. It's just my opinion that the customer service there is awful. If I had it to do over again I would buy the same tractor somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever been so upset that I have left a bad review. I know customer service has gotten bad most everywhere but I have just never been talked to and treated unfairly like I was there. I don't want anything from them but maybe this will help the service manager to do better and maybe help another customer. Thanks

I was told this shop was the best place to get shoes refreshed. When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have a pair of shoes you really love. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.
