More importantly, Petar explanations of things was clear and very honest, as some other Companies wanted to do other expensive fixes that were not necessary according to Petar. Jim Mitros came out and provided an on-site detailed evaluation and assessment. He provided several options and quoted each of them out. There was no high pressure sales or scare tactics, Jim just explained in detail what was happening to our home and what could be done to remediate it. We wound up installing 11 push piers and over 10 epoxy crack repairs.
