Used this service today for a full clean. Arrived at 1pm. Was told there were two cars in front of mine and it would be about 2:30 to complete. I returned at 2:40 to find them vacuuming my car. I entered the building, asking why it wasn't ready. I was told "things happen and we must be understanding". This nonchalant attitude was what really upset me. There was no apology, simply that I was to understand. I am an understanding person and know "things happen. It was the nonchalant attitude that irked me. Google and Yelp have VERY different reviews. This was probably the worst place I've ever washed my car. Why....welp.... 1. Prep notes to use a brush all over the car. There is no 'bucket' change out per worker I had a convo with. Who the hell knows how much stuff if being spread on the car 2. Side brushes appear not be calibrated to allow equal distance. Right side collapsed my mirror and scratched my paint. (No need for pics) 3. Cloths used to dry are dirty and full off debris. (Father scratching) 4. Air dryer are the worst! It's almost like what's the point! I tipped well to the kiddos whom helped me. I'm really disappointed at the standards set in place noting a car wash. Most of us cherish our vehicles however this place is a trap. Unless you have a 4x4 full of mud from your weekend experience, I highly recommend you never require a wash from this place.. read more

I phoned in looking for info on a 49.95 detail job. The young man on the phone did an amazing sales job on me. Told me how hard they cleaned the spoked wheels they put on newer cars these days, by hand because the automatic washers don't do a good job. He explained in detail about the interior job that would be performed with extra attention given to inside windows. He explained that it would be about an hour in detail, then washed, and returned to me. The wheels were still dirty, and they explained that the detail DID NOT do anything to them, that the car wash is suppose to take care of that. Well, it surely didn't. My 10 year old grandson could have done a better job on the interior. Sorry to say, I will not be back. With tax, $54.15 down the drain. I have lost track of how many times I've driven to their facility in the times that they are suppose to be open for busniess just to find out they are closed. When confronted employees with this question they blamed the owner's wife who's always staring at the camera system from home and telling employees to go home if they don't see a car coming for 10 minutes or something along those lines. Quite possibly the worst car wash experience I have ever had simply due to the fact that they can't even stick to a timeframe of when they want to be open. read more

Run! Do not give these people your money! They take advantage of employees and give little in return. The owners have more marital problems than I've ever imagined anyone could have, and are very vocal about it to employees. I can't speak for how the job is done to this day, as I have not worked there in a while. Ericka the wife sits and watches the cameras all day! Literally! And treats you like a puppet. I worked for the previous owner Jim and his assistant sherry, not for very long so went in with a open mind. I watched people lose themselves and become emotional because of Ericka. And Michael? He just tells you what you want to hear- he has no say so. Michaels mother is the manager- she's a innocent bistander. Sorry - I keep trying and keep getting disappointed. They used to be top quality. Took my car in yesterday just for a car wash - Pricing up again to $20.00. Went through - tipped the guys - got to my next destination, only to discover that the whole drivers side on my card did not wash - just smeared. Full service wash, to include interior and exterior, for my Tacoma cost $75. Not a bad price, until I find my back seat soaked with water and soap suds! They left a window down or didn't close the door all the way? Either way, the manager attempted to vacuum some of the water out, but certainly not dry. On further inspection of my truck, I find the dash was only half wiped down, they don't clean the wheels/rims, and I still had grime on my window trim that was easily cleaned with a rag. Their "prewash" is only a power sprayer, no use of brushes. And after a second run thru the wash tunnel, I noted soap suds on my window...for which the "dryer" person started to clean before asking me to finish since she had to get to the next car coming down the line. Overall a very disappointing and dissatisfying experience for the price paid. read more

Stay away from this place, go to kaddy car wash. Very unsatisfied. I bought the platinum pack expecting a good wash but my car came out really dirty still. lots of spots were missed and was left with patchy dirt streaks all around the car. I tried to give the ownership change a chance, but still left disappointed. I went here because I took my dog to the park and my mats and seats were filthy. When I got my car back, my front cup holders were full of water while my back ones weren't even touched. There were muddy paw prints still left all over the back seat floor. I was charged $1 extra because of the size of my car and they didn't even touch the third row. I spent $30 only to have a semi cleaner car. If your car hasn't been cleaned in years, go here. If you are looking for an affordable, detail oriented car wash, go somewhere else. Only reason I give it 2 stars is because girl who rang me up was sweet. read more

My experience at Fox's was very pleasant. I went in on a saturday and went through the ride through. The line was long but moved relatively fast and I have no complaints about the speed at which it moved. Both attendants were friendly and efficient. I got out to inspect my car and found that it was thoroughly cleaned and dried. I will return here when I want my car to look sparkling and clean. read more

I've paid for tire shine three times now it is yet to be done correctly or at all. My rims are always dirty when I leave. There's still bugs on my windshield. The manager rushed us out last time before the guys even finish drying my windows completely now I am water spots. Really disappointed in this place. read more

Google says that the car wash is open at 8 AM and so whenever I got in line at 8:30 AM I thought because everything was open that they were open. I didn't realize they didn't open until nine and whenever I pulled in they didn't have anything roped off. And who I believe is the manager just kept staring while a lovely young man came and said they opened at nine. However they put cones behind me which made it really hard for me to back out and they didn't give me any other information other than "we open at nine " and then walked away. I love this car wash normally but idk. I felt like I was an inconvenience because I showed up 30 mins early to open. read more

This place used to be so good! Don't get me wrong, I am always satisfied with the work of the young guys cleaning the cars. They always do a great job and are quick and efficient, even with the long lines on sunny days. My gripe is actually with the new management. There is an older woman who I have now identified as one of the owners Erica Fox, who I have seen smoking on the premises in sight of the cars while the rest of the employees are working on multiple occasions. Frankly, it is disgusting to see, and if she is going to do that kind of thing, you would expect she would do it where her paying customers don't see her. It is also disappointing because I have witnessed her being disrespectful to the hardworking employees here and customers as well. The old manager Marcie I believe was much more polite. Sad to see they downgraded so much!! Not to mention, they have also been increasing the prices of full service considerably for the same product/result. Sad to say I can't recommend this place simply because this new management and I won't be coming back anymore. Well I gave them 3+ weeks and I'm giving it another try. Total fail. I've never seen more people standing around and accomplishing less. I've been here 30 mins. There were three cars ahead of me and I'm still not into the wash yet. I watched 3 separate kids wander over to the same car and vacuum it over again in a desultory manner. I think they are bored and wanting more to do but nobody is directing them and they are either not empowered or incapable of figuring it out themselves. It doesn't matter in what condition my car eventually emerges. They've already lost me. read more

Started my day off with a lot planned before knowing that coming to fox car wash would ruin every plan for the day. Car was pretty dirty on the inside so I decided to get this inside detailed. There was one car before me getting worked on so I assumed it's be pretty quick. I parked my car behind the first car then went inside to wait. I then proceed to watch the car before me take 45 minutes from when I got their until they even started to work on my car, after than it took 2 hours for them to finish the inside to then put it through the wash line. Once I finally got my car 2 and a half hours went by. First look in the car their was still dust on the dash board and trash in the back. I use to work at a car detail and could knock cars out in 30 minutes top, I used this detail company to save me a sweat but if I'd of known it was a 2 and a half hour deal I'd of done it myself. Terrible experience will not be coming back heat again. read more
