VEHICLE DAMAGE. This location will damage your car, give you hope and tell you things to act like they will take care of you and then not take responsibility for it. They caused damage, said at first they couldn't see anything inside the wash because it was a "white" car and then hen proceeded to fill out a report. Then they sent a photo over stating it was lifted however no where in their photo does it show that. Even had the audacity to say (well judging by the back of your car anyways it was probably something prior) - cute! Now they don't want to do anything. I happened to get a free coupon so I wanted to go and try this place out. I love that you get an air freshener and a car wipe with even the lowest priced wash. The wash was very thorough, I loved the lights and my car was super clean afterwards. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place. And they're very affordable!! read more

Awesome car wash! We were driving by on our way to lunch, saw this new car, and thought we'd try it out. We were very pleased with the service, pricing, and results. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The first employee hands you a price pamphlet, dash wipe, and air freshener. We also saw him hand out dog treats for pets and dum dum suckers for kids. Very kind gesture. The second employee takes payment and gives a receipt. The third employee directs you into the car wash! Pricing is comparable to other car washes. They also have a monthly plan. There's a license plate camera in the drive up area for those with monthly plans, so the drop-down gate lets you in. We were very satisfied with everything about this car wash. Happy's Drive-Thru Car Wash is fantastic!!! I stopped in after an eye exam directly across the street, and was very excited to find that the car wash is brand-new, has brand-new equipment, and has extremely helpful, professional, and enthusiastic employees. I've experienced this at other car washes as well, but unlike a lot of these other places, my car was actually *clean* after Happy's washed it! My car was also remarkably dryer than it generally is after most drive-through car washes complete their cycle. Another noteworthy plus about Happy's is that you drive straight into the car wash; there are no turns or curves to negotiate like most others have. Getting in and out is VERY easy. This location is also very conveniently located to the 205 freeway, and making a left turn out of the car wash to get onto the 205 wasn't difficult at all in the early afternoon. Happy's also features plenty of vacuum cleaners for vacuuming your car's interior, floor mats, etc. I'm very happy to have found Happy's, and I happily recommend them! read more

A Great value for the unlimited washes. Does a good job , except it leaves a soap behind.. Swing by the free vacuum area and wipe your car down witth their microfiber towels, because the blow dryer isn't that great. It would be better if the attendants could use a scrub brush on the bugs and hard stuff. read more

Worst car wash in Vancouver. They do not touch your car with a brush anymore and you have to request bug spray even if your car is clearly needing it. The machines are not calibrated to properly clean your vehicle so you pay $19 for a car that looks worse than when you drove in. I buzzed through on my way home and didn't check it out fully. When my son got home he asked what happened to my car because it looked horrible. I went and looked and the entire back of it was completely filthy and streaked with dirt still. They need to pay the employee to brush your car down, not stand 20 feet back from the entrance to slide your credit card through their machine. read more

This place provides a terribly overpriced and ineffective auto car wash service. It's extremely frustrating to pay $17 for a car wash only to spend 45 minutes at home cleaning your car by hand afterwards. The layout is also quite inconvenient. Vehicles entering the car wash are often backed up onto the main road (the only entrance). You will oftentimes need to wait in line twice in order to access the vacuums + car wash, or hope that someone will let you back out of the vacuum area and get into the car wash line. People are usually great about letting one another do things like that on the roadway, right?! *Insert eye roll* This place is conveniently located near my house, but I just can't come here for my car washes any longer. I can't equivocate the cost to the poor outcome and frustration of accessing vacuums. Just adding my experience to help neighbors deciding where to go for their next wash! read more

A very poor car wash, and too expensive. They don't brush your car before it's washed. I spent 22 for a high level car wash, and the windows still came out with water spots. There still was dirt in the window wells. There was no shine...was there really any wax in there? I'll try the one in Hazel Dell next time. This one is not worth it. read more

What a rip off. I got the most expensive one ($19) and a small child could've done a better job! I have a small car and it wasn't any dirtier than all the other cars in line. I saw the soap dispensing and I heard the brushes but it all must've been an illusion because this car was not clean. I really should've had them run it through again but the line became increasingly long and it just wasn't worth it. Been coming to this car wash for the last 7 years when it was Carls had it. They use to have guys pre-wash the car, gets the bugs and windows. Now Happy buys it, and the price went up to $18, and it doesn't even clean the normal spots. I guess I will need to find a new car wash. Sad day I would recommend getting guys to pre-wash the car. Went a few weeks ago when they had a promotion for a free car wash. Was fairly impressed. Their machinery did a pretty good job at cleaing the car. Nothings beats a good hand wash, but compared to other machine wash locations, this one did really well. Even the air dryer at the end is powerful! Almost no water droplets left when exiting the wash! I see that others have gotten dash wipes and air freshners, that must have been a promotion because I did not get those at all. But the vacuums are the killer. They have the BEST suction that I have experienced at any automated car was. I mean these things really got into the carpet of the car and got the imbedded dog hair and other dirt that I can't even get with my shop vac at home!! The best thing about the vacuums is that they are free to use. I was told you can come in and just use them if you just need to vacuum your car as well. Now I just recently also joined their monthly subscription service as well. Pay for just under two washes and get unlimited washes for your vehicle. I will be taking advantage of that as my car tends to get dusty quite fast and it shows. I went again yesterday and was not offered an air freshner or a wipe again. After 1400 mile road trip, ran through Happy's. The girl gave the front of the car a cursory squirt, no brushing, no effort at all to work on obviously bug-covered front of car. This car wash should not be able to keep there doors open. 75 % of your will not be cleaned, front bumper,back bumper, door handles, the whole bottom of the car all the way around, half of the back window , grill and absolutely nothing cleaned on your wheels ...I walked away mad not happy because I just payed 20 dollars for that wash..when I got done wiping my vehicle after the wash I had used 2 clothes and they were black, that is not an exaggeration....
