Such a cute coffee shop right on Centennial Lakes area. They had yard games to play and samples of pastries. Highly recommend.

We found this spot walking along the Centennial Lakes Park trail. Heads up - if you put this spot into your GPS, it will bring you to the Alina Health building. This is around the back facing the pond. The staff is polite and the coffee was tasty. I opted for a cold brew and my companion chose a breve. She is a bit of a coffee snob and was impressed with the smoothness and lack of bitterness in her drink. As we were walking away, what I assume was the owner/manager made it a point to ask us how our coffee was. My only note was the prices were a bit higher than expected, but I guess I should've anticipated paying a bit more in this part of town. The space backs right up to some swings that face the pond (although they also have tables to sit at). I could not have asked for a more peaceful setting in the middle of Edina.

Cute little spot with a nice outdoor space! Staff was friendly and food was good! Was hoping for a few more specialty drinks, but my latte was good!

I talked to the owner and the picture is the current hours. They were not correct on his website and we almost walked away but then we smelled the waffle machine...

I was near centennial lakes looking for coffee and found this place. I was a little confused at first when I pulled up and saw the coffee shop is in the medical center. The cafe is on the lower level of the building yet still has a very warm homey feel. The staff was very friendly and kind. The view out back of centennial lakes was so pretty and I can imagine In The warmer months taking the coffee outside and sitting near the water. They had the typical coffee choices nothing too crazy or over the top. Also very tasty breakfast sandwich and donut!!

Absolutely love Ambrosia coffee & cafe! Every time I'm in the area and I want some good coffee, Ambrosia is where I'm stopping by. The coffee is consistently good as well as the service. They also serve food and yummy ice cream! It's near centennial lakes, so the views are also great! Their iced or hot latte is my go-to and highly recommend!

My only complaint is that there isn't a ramp to enter the building! Only stairs...hopefully they can remedy that when they renovate.

I had a private event where Edina Coffee Roasters came with their coffee cart and served drinks. Leading up to the event, Zach was so friendly and helpful. We were able to have custom signature lattes in addition to standard espresso-based drinks and chai lattes for our event. During the event, drinks were made quickly and Zach was super kind and friendly to all of my guests. I'd definitely recommend them for any event! I also attended an espresso making workshop and it was so fun and approachable! It was the perfect balance of information about technique and beans, and hands on learning. I'm not exaggerating when I say I now feel like I need this in my life at least once a week....which is slightly dangerous. The space itself was busy, but there was still plenty of seating, and so many pastries and drinks to choose from. We had someone meeting us who was a little worried about parking, but there's a separate entrance (away from the mall) and plenty of spots, which makes it super easy. I'll be honest, the service didn't wow me, but the quality of the food more than made up for it, so it's still a five star experience in my book. Just something to know going in. The star is that dreamy swirl of pink rose-and-raspberry whipped topping on top. It's creamy, fragrant, and -- most importantly -- genuinely not too sweet. The rose and berry accents are elegant and balanced, finished with rose petals and a touch of pink crumble petals for texture.
