We chose to upgrade our home by choosing a light gray paint and accenting certain areas with a darker gray. It came out beautiful. The consultant was my favorite part of the entire experience. She was patient, knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves what she does. She was able to make sure that we were confident about our options before the job was started. I was impressed that the job started immediately the next day. The painters were very nice and respectful. I couldn't give 5 stars because I had a few complaints; they didn't use painters tape (so the corners are not as straight as my OCD would prefer), and I just found an area in the washroom that was poorly completed. Yet, in their defense, there was a refrigerator there at the time and they left paint for touch ups as needed. I would definitely use them again, either way, as they painted my two story, 5-bedroom/office/game room/formal dining/3.5bath in a week, so I was thoroughly impressed. Tips: Use the coupon online or in the mail to get and additional $200 dollars off your quote. Get the paint that allows you to wipe up scratches or marks with a wet towel. It's a little higher, but undoubtedly worth it in the long run, especially if you have small kids. Make sure to inspect each room daily, so that you can address any concerns or complaints with them in a timely manner and not find things after the job has been completed

Lupe suggested I get the ceiling tiles on my own and just pay him labor cost. I lucked out and located the ceiling tiles on the cheap brand new at Lowes. I set up for Mr Cerda to come and do the work on a Saturday, and they were fashionably late due to another job that held over. No big deal. They completed the ceiling tile repai in about an hour and a half and cleaned up and were on their way. I highly recommend Guadalupe for your drywall needs!

Wanted to leave a big shoot out to Stephen of 12 Bravo Construction. Our air conditioner was…read moreleaking condensate through the ceiling. I text Stephen and in no time he had Abel to come and look at it. Abel was very proficient and knowledgeable the system and performed a complete inspection. The issue was the drain pan was damaged. This could not be fixed due to supply chain issues that are ongoing. 12 Bravo was able to find a replacement A/C and Abel, with the help from his assistant Efran were able to change the unit out in about an hour. The unit was recharged with Freon as Efran cleaned up. The change out was long over due as the old unit was aging and seemed to be under rated. We have a much better unit at a price that was very reasonable.
