I received a rental car with the tire pressure and check engine lights on, along with incorrect paperwork. This should have been my first red flag. When I called to report the mistakes, the receptionist dismissed it. After picking up my car, I called to say the backup camera wasn't working. The receptionist told me to stop by for a scan. When I did, I was told Bradley wasn't there and to come back after the weekend. On Monday, they walked out, checked the camera, and said it needed an "update" but everything was working, and I needed to take it to the dealership. They claimed they would go after my insurance if the they were found at fault. That's unacceptable; if they are at fault, they should own up to it. The dealership found that my camera and harness were corroded and needed replacing. I spoke with Gerald, who claimed corrosion was impossible in a sealed box - a clear sign he didn't know what he was talking about. The owner, Brad, eventually called. He admitted Gerald was wrong, and the camera didn't need an update, but now refuses to fix the backup camera, calling it a "known-issue," even though it worked perfectly before I brought my vehicle in. This company has lied multiple times throughout this entire process, from start to finish. They cannot be trusted with your vehicle

If you ever decide to buy from this dealership, have another mechanic look it over first, because this shouldn't happen. We shouldn't have to get serious work done right away like this. Especially when we got the car this August 2021. And like I said, it clearly wasn't fully inspected if the gas issue was there to begin with. They never told us this before they sold the car. Vehicle was as described physically. Low miles, great shape, etc. test drove good and had normal…read morewear and tear for a used vehicle. However unless you are very mechanically inclined you absolutely have to get a full check as the dealer did not know this type of stuff and seems to just flip rust free cars in an area where normally we have rusty vehicles. In my case there was a vacuum leak for the 4x4 system, they cleared electrical codes days before hand (unsure if problems were actually fixed or not). And later found out that the coolant system was filled with mostly water which would've been catastrophic had it not been caught before the extreme cold weather showed up. I even went out of my way to call and leave a message telling him about the coolant issue and told him to check his other vehicles but didn't receive a thank you for the heads up, call or text. Overall a nice vehicle but could've ended up costing a ton of money had that not been caught. Would I ever buy from there again, absolutely not. Should you? Sure, but make sure to bring it to a mechanic for a full check especially motor/mechanical, coolant, engine, electrical, etc etc.
