Beware of this company. They told me I needed to have my engine replaced on a V-8 Aviator with only 112000 miles.on it. The vehicle would misfire occasionally and they hooked it up to their machine and claimed the engine was bad. They wanted to charge me well over $6,000 to replace it with a USED engine. I told them they were wrong and took it to another mechanic who replaced the ignition coil wires for a total cost of less than $300! I have had no more misfires and have been driving it for 1 year since Fox tried to charge me for a used engine to "fix" the issue. My niece and nephew are in the middle of having a battle with this company. They took their f150 Truck in to have it looked at because it would not shift into overdrive at a higher speed. After the mechanic diagnosed what he said was the issue and worked on the truck,,, My niece paid $1350 But now the truck is not drivable at all. Truck was worse than it was when they took it in. It is undriveable period. At least they could drive it at lower speeds prior to the mechanic working on it. The company said it is going to cost an extra almost $4000. There getting no cooperation with anyone they speak to at this company. The mechanic did not even test drive the truck after working on it.... So far I would not recommend this company what so ever . I just asked them to make it right and to be honest with us but they made our truck worse than it was before and take no responsibility for it. Apparently all they are interested in is emptying out your wallet. They will continue to hear from us . My husband is 62 years old and has been a mechanic since high school owns his own business he is a mechanic here in Tennessee and he said the company is doing them wrong. Yet another bad experience with Fox Marquette. My Ford F150 (that I purchased from them) has a rough idle and dies when I stop. So I called service... the person really wasnt listening to me, and admitted it. He was busy with other things. I told him this is our only vehicle and didnt feel like I could drive it because it, especially because the check engine light was also on. He said he couldnt get me in until July. Over two weeks. I offered to drop it off and let them work it in when they could. He said that was a good idea, but may not get to it. Really?!? So I called Midas... they were also busy but said they would work it in. Go figure, customer service!! Isnt that a novel concept! One of the big selling points with Fox is their service center. But I have had multiple bad experiences with their service department and a real lack of concern. read more

Avoid at all cost horrible service, Rude employees, purchased a $12000.00 van and was told I get a free oil change .....wow the free oil was a $100.00 worth of hassle to get . This establishment has poor service and a simple oil change becomes a nightmare. read more

Poor customer service. My husband and I have bought two cars from this dealership, but this review is for the service department. Slow as molasses and poor communication. Just had snow tires on. 1) They cost much more than snow tires I bought from Pomp's for another car last year. 2) Process took over 24 hours. (Pomp's was two hours). I dropped the car off at 8:45 and car wasn't ready until 3pm. By the time it was ready, I had to wait until the next day to pick-up due to work. Car was covered with ice and took over 45 minutes to defrost and was told they had no scraper for me to borrow. Really? Can't believe I am even wasting my time writing this. I have never been held off, lied too, pushed back, ignored and treated so poorly from any dealership ever. Dropped my ford excursion off because it died on me, I waited atleast 3 weeks before they even took it out of the lot to look at it. Multiple times said they would reach out too me or call me a certain day and never once did they call when promised. I was forced to reach out multiple times and when they finally ordered the parts claiming "it will take 1-3 days", another 6-7 days had gone by. After a total of 35+ days in the shop.. I come out with a grand total $1,200 receipt. $600 being labor. Also they decided to add 2 new batteries and a brand new KEY yes!!! A NEW KEY without my permission or checking with me. I will never bring my truck here again, disrespectful people that are clearly slacking. read more

The absolute worst customer service. Had a stalled Ford pickup towed to dealership. Week later Pete called to say no idea what was wrong. Was running and no code tripped. Said he'd check further and get back with me. No call back. Week later I call him. "He's busy" so leave message to call me. No call back. Week later I call again and am on hold 15 minutes. Finally receptionist says "Pete says you can pick it up." No further explanation. Is it fixed? Probably not, I guess I can ask when I get there to pick it up. It was my first time shopping at Fox Marquette. I am a buyer who takes a few weeks and asks many, many questions before making up my mind. I appreciated Amy Buck's no pressure approach and her patience. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she said "I don't know, but I'll find out," and then promptly got my answer. I think they wanted to make sure that I found the Subaru that was right for me. After a few visits, several phone calls and e-mails, and even a swap with a Wisconsin dealer, they found the car for me. The dealership and service department seem to be professionally run. Traveling cross country, stopped for a service at Superior Express Care & Wash, oil, filter and the like. Left and two miles later, there's a bang under the car. Turns out, there is a removable cover under the engine on Ford Explorers and they didn't reattach it properly, banged up pretty good. Went back and they had no idea how to reattach it. Went to the Marquette Ford dealer. They attached the cover, using correct bolts. Took us right in and charged us nothing. I now get service at the Ford dealership, they don't charge $80, you get a complimentary wash, they check the whole car, there's wifi and a great waiting room. Similar experiences at other Ford dealers and you can usually book online. read more

After our only car broke down, we started our new car search with a call to Fox/Marquette, with their salesman Joe. Satisfied with his help, we then applied for financing on line, got approved and picked out a potential car on line. Then we got a quote from Joe and made an appointment with him for the following day. He showed us the car we had picked, decided it was what we wanted and completed the purchase.
