He found evidence of termites... lots of them. I was able to have the sellers repair the damaged wood (support beam and sill wall) and treat the house. This saved us a lot of money since we were able to negotiate the sellers into paying for it. Its been a year since the house was treated and we had him come back for a re-inspection under his recommendation. This time the weather was horrendous - very icy. I thought he'd be calling me to reschedule but nope, he was there at 8am, ON TIME! We even live outside of his normal service area! The house was still free of termites (good) but he found evidence of mice and cockroaches (bad). He treated for both for a very reasonable price and I trust that both problems will be cleared up shortly (phew). Tom is very personable and trustworthy. He answers your questions and explains things as he's going along. He is great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

More importantly, after the inspection he advised that no termite mitigation should take place on my property. He didn't charge for the evaluation. I can guarantee that had this been any of the big chain companies they would have been recommending sprays, bait stations, the works, all to make a buck. He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point.
