I trust and appreciate Mike and Jill and the care with which they took care of my problem. I will also add the reason I chose to work with them. The year prior, when I mistakenly thought my pet had brought fleas, I called every pest company I could think of. Every single one of them, save for Fleck, told me it was imperative they come by -- for which, of course, they would charge me a pretty penny. Mike talked me through it on the phone and said, "It sounds like you don't have fleas." He was so knowledgeable that I believed him (he was right, of course) and I appreciated that he did not even try to make a buck when every other company did.
