This has to be the absolute worst service as an existing customer that I have ever had, the shame of it is that no one at the office seems to care (AT ALL)). We have paid a decent amount of money to be ignored by this under performing branch. I need to be contacted by management and compensated for this AWFUL lack of service. On the website a gentleman is listed as branch manger. The big reason we went with orkin several years ago was because of him. Evidently, he has been promoted beyond his effectiveness. After reviewing security cameras, it became apparent that some of the service techs (you always get a different one each time, it seems) just walked quickly through a portion of the yard, and then sprinkled some granular deterrents or placed a single trap and a flag. The tech would leave without reviewing the entire yard or checking all areas with some sort of focus. My yard is now overrun. They had no concern or questions when I cancelled my service which speaks volumes about the type of service you'll get if you choose them. Not worth the money at all.
