I have used Anchor since the 70's and have been soo pleased, from Mr. Davis to Lance to Doug to Brent to now Brian I cannot find anything wrong with my service. I was out of the home for 6 to 7 years and the guys kept me bug free while I was not in the area which made it soo much easier to transition back to Pensacola. Brian is great at identifying my needs and addressing them with each visit. I have NO bug issues and for Florida during the damper season that is saying a lot for the service, staff and product that is being used on my home. Our service provided by him on our quarterly contract is always very thoroughly, and professionally completed as well. His personality is always 5 star too! I called to inquire about 2 bugs in my house. They have been doing my pest control since I purchased my home. Never, ever had a bug in my house prior to this date. We were due for our annual termite inspection and when I scheduled it, I was told that I would not need to be home! Well the technician rang the doorbell as I was on an important vide conference. I advised him what I was told and he started to cop an attitude. Needless to say I let him continue just to be done with it! He ended up being very nice but I don't appreciate the miscommunication. Josh Lopez is very professional and very knowledgeable on what he does. He explained what he will be doing and also provided great info on how pest (ants, spiders, etc) acts. Ed did a fantastic job getting rid of termites at one of my rentals in Pensacola. The process was slow but effective and most of all he kept me and the tenant posted about all of the facts.
