He also sprayed all the ant hills and holes that I knew about so I don't get attacked every time I mow the lawn. Give them a try if you have any infestations or just don't want to see a bunch bugs around your house in general. I'm a military spouse with small kids, and we recently had a serious issue with wasps and fire ants all over the yard. I called for the "emergency" service they promised on a Tuesday, and I didn't even get a call back for an ENTIRE week, and when they did call, it was 5PM so we missed the call. When I finally got someone on the phone, even the girl in their office (who wasn't in Florida either) was shocked. She literally said: "Next Tuesday?! They can't come sooner? The closest technician is 82 miles away?!" So, they're taking our money in Crestview but admitted their closest help is nearly 100 miles away. They aren't local at all. On top of that, they once sent a guy to spray my yard in a literal downpour. I had to go argue with someone on the phone to tell him them to not come because you can't spray chemicals in a storm.
