We were unable to accommodate their time for the estimate and because the owner came out already and we weren't available, they will not work with us. The man on the phone stated that the owner can't be coming out, going in crawlspaces for free and having to wait around. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company or the owner, Craig. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere, as this is not how customers should be treated.
