You probably shouldn't give an appointment slot and just provide a window time. Between 1-2pm or 4-5, etcetera. I did not do the deep cleaning because I didn't have time to organize the bedrooms. They did the downstairs and both of my bathrooms. The bathrooms were done really really well. They cleaned the kitchen too, and I can't even believe they washed and put a sink full of dishes in the dishwasher and unloaded my dishwasher, that was a significant lift. I have hardwood floors all throughout and I couldn't really tell if they mopped the floors or not. I saw some stains that were inside before I left and still there when I came back. That and the tardiness is the only reason why I won't give it five stars.

I took pictures of the house after they "cleaned". BIGGEST SCAM EVER. They did say they would come back, which one cleaner did. Yet the house was still not done to the level of clean they advertised. Vents, light fixtures, dishwasher, window sills, etc. were still left dirty. Peep the pictures to see just SOME of their cleaning. I borderline wanted to report it to my bank account as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDITED: Owner states that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expect. The list could go on and on. I asked them to send someone else. I loved the second cleaner and had her for the longest time and she randomly stopped coming. They never even told me if they fired her or she left. I asked them to please not send anyone else besides her because she was the only one who did a good job. After a few times of her not showing up (they pretended she was just sick and kept sending other people) they had to fess up that she no longer worked there. Every person besides this one girl did horrible work. The company has so much turnover that I believe they also have bad working conditions. I think the owners pocket most of the money and pay their employees poorly which is why they cannot retain staff. I clearly wrote in the messages (screenshot attached below) that I cancelled service. They will do anything not to wrong their rights or help their customers. The cleaner literally admitted to me her vacuum was broken and the owner then claimed that was a lie and it worked fine. I then vacuumed myself with my own vacuum because I didn't want to leave my house so filthy after paying to have a poor job done. What pictures can I send if I already did YOUR job? You guys are a disgrace for a company LOL so go ahead and pretend that you cancelled me when you can see the text below showing I cancelled. Anna and John are so unprofessional and do not care about customer service. All the workers are very sweet but they don't stay with the company due to the horrible management practices. I have been thinking about getting a new company for a while but it's been easier to just have them come biweekly. I had Ohla who was the BEST ever. She stopped working there and they didn't tell me until after sending someone to my house that I didn't know or approve. Today they sent someone new again and they didn't have a working vacuum. Mine was not charged so they couldn't even finish the job. I reached out to Anna and she said that they take care of their vacuums so it's not possible that the rug wasn't clean. I had to vacuum the house myself and asked them for a discount on my next service. She asked for photos and I said I already cleaned it myself when the cleaner left. I pay EXTRA to have them come with all the equipment and supplies. They just do what they want and do NOT care about customer service. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve Anna basically just said "okay cancel". After 3 years this is how you treat your customers? Okay I will make sure everyone in Chicago knows you guys have horrible business practices and treat your employees and customers like garbage. This is not the first time I have had issues with them but I have let a lot go. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Don't even care enough to pick up the phone and talk to your customers just cancel and be rude via text. DO not use this company. It's not worth the headache even though they do have a few employees who do a good job.
