Some of the areas were cleaned nicely but my bathrooms were left dirty(mind you I was able to clean my shower heads with just a wet sponge) As Melissa said they were left that way cause it needed a special acid to be cleaned. same with my lower level Cobwebs at eye level not even touched!!! Melissa did offer to have some one come to correct it but honestly as a first time customer I feel that it should have been done right the first time and i shouldn't have had to complain. I understand that things happen and from time to time a simple 2 min phone call would have been fine but days later I am now looking for a new service with still no word. First of all, they were able to accommodate us and squeeze us in with such short notice. We had already moved out of the house and were living 30 minutes away, and had to get it done in a week. Angel was so good about responding to text messages and calls and being available and willing to work out a schedule so we could get it done. We had the house cleaned on a Wednesday and the carpet steam cleaned on Saturday. He even came back to my house to close my windows when it rained bc I was so far away! The price was reasonable and on par with other quotes that we got, but we loved that this is a small family business and wanted to support that. And we made the best decision and now our carpet is clean, our house is sparkling and it's ready to go on the market. If we lived in the area, we would for sure be getting biweekly cleaning from them. Hope we can find someone in our area that can compare.
