It's truly sad when you are met with dry, surly inconsistent reception from staff. When individuals seek out facilities like these it is a cry for help with your physical and mental wellbeing. Why should I believe I am able to get better service from a fast food restaurant than a medical facility that I have placed the total care of myself or loved ones. I believe the entire staff should require weekly if not daily sensitivity training reinforced with a performance management regimen. I am not blaming the warm body that was hired to fill a slot. I blame leadership for hiring and allowing this less than substandard behavior. In other words, 'you are only as good as your leadership team.' If an employee respects their leadership and has been trained properly, they would never put them (and the organization) in a bad light. I am now expanding my search for a more suitable facility. It should be a calling for those that wish to work in the field of patient care and not simply a paycheck. Whether you realize it or not, one day you too will require the care of a health center...rehab, nursing, hospital or other.

I was placed on a waiting list but received a call a week or two later with an appointment slot. There's ample parking and it's very easy to find. Check for the first time entailed some paperwork but was easy. After that, you just sign in. The waiting room is a bit small but I haven't had to wait for long for my therapist to be free. My therapist has been great. While I wish therapy for my particular area of need was offered closer to home, I really like my therapist and this location is close enough to the freeway.

My father needed help with his medications, he was too weak to go to the doctors office on his own…read moreand I couldn't get the time off work to take him myself. I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again! Thanks guys!!!

Staff is generally pleasant, but lacked medical knowledge, had no clue my mother was dying. I had to request her to go back to the hospital when staff said she was fine. I insisted on an ambulance to transport. They called ambulance for non-emergent transport. Ambulance arrived and couldn't even make it out of the parking lot bc she was in such bad shape and instead took her to closest hospital (Henry Ford), instead of hospital we wanted her taken to where I had driven (Corewell/Beaumont). She died at HF a day and a half later. Do not recommend for loved ones.

Everyone that works there is increadibly kind, friendly, helpful, dedicated, and warm. This facility is owned by a family and I always feel better after having visited with them, recieving my therapy. I've had ultrasounds on my knees, ice packs, we do exercises and they also massage my knees, and bend my knees to help with my flexibility. The second part of the year I saw a physical therapist for a very painful frozen shoulder, again they keep building you up adding new stretches and exercises to keep you progressing, they expect you to do streches at home as well to speed up the recovery time.
