When you arrive, they have a door for dropping off donations. We've given them clothes, nick-nacks, paintings, glassware, and more. They take everything with a smile. Now there's six people in a line getting longer. Everyone is staring at the ceiling. Finally, he's able to pay. I approach with my items. Employee won't take a fifty. She has change I would need. I tell her I'm not gonna use plastic and go thru the same train wreck and have others in the growing line suffer. She won't take it. I dig out enough from my other pockets. Pay and leave. We came here and looked around briefly and found a few items we liked. A woman was there and greeted us along with a younger gentleman in the other room. She let us know we were welcome to take a look around and that she is negotiable on some things. We ended up getting some cute rings for $5 a pop and we all agreed that the woman (Angie I think) was super warm and welcoming. We would come back based on her alone! She was very nice and even told us about another antique-y place near by since we mentioned we were just out shopping at different antique places. Definitely highly recommend checking this place out!

Why are items on the floor if you won't sell them? I have…read morespent hours in this store searching for an item only to find it has no price tag. The staff then refuses to sell it to me, stating they cannot because it's unpriced. This is a terrible policy. If an item is on the floor, it should be available for purchase, and the store should be able to quickly determine a price. By turning customers away, you are losing easy business. Frankly, I know the second I leave, that item will be put back out with some randomly chosen, overpriced number on it anyway. The refusal to make a sale over a simple missing tag shows a serious disregard for customer time and loyalty.
