Matt and team came out for a stinky "egg" smell coming from our kitchen sink/dishwasher area. As the investigation unfolded, we discovered the smell was a result of a bolt shot through the main PVC drain pipe and food sediment had been building up inside the wall cavity for some time. Again, as I stated before, I know we agreed to the estimate. We do not dispute that. However, the estimate was a deliberate lie. We were told this was a major repair that would take several hours. The guy was there 20 minutes and half of it was the test, the "repair" only took 10. They deliberately lied to us to get us to agree to a greatly overstated quote, and then take the cowardly approach to hide behind the estimate since we agreed to it, even thought it was clearly intentionally misleading. It must be nice to have zero accountability at all whatsoever. This is not an honest nor ethical company. I recommend you stay away! read more

WHAT A RIP OFF!!! I called when my tankless water heater went out. I explained the problem and the probable part needed to fix it. Matt admitted he didn't have the part that would take 2-3 days to get for $69 but he wanted to come out anyway for a charge of $150 just to check. He then was going to charge me an additional $150 to put the part on plus the cost of the part once he got it. I found someone who came out with the part which really cost $20. They also installed another sensor (at no cost), flush valves, showed me how and how often to flush the system, and charged me $184 total-parts and labor. read more

Called for an emergency repair. 9 pm at night and was very expensive for a 20 minute repair. Also, did not solder connections, used copper crimp connectors. Cut out an existing valve that could have left there and it was still functioning. Charged 2 hours of labor for 1.5 hours of travel - arrive/return, then 1 hour for a 20 minute repair. $300/hr labor. Total of $900 in labor for one hour of actual time. Would not use again either in an emergency or not. read more

I was very selective in picking a plumber to help me deal with some basement water issues I was having about a year ago in a home I had just moved into. Matt spent a lot of time with me on the phone discussing how I could mitigate some of the issues I was having. He was extremely kind, patient, and very thorough. The first step in the process for my peace of mind was installing a sump pump system with a battery back-up. Not to mention, this system was also 100x quieter than the previous system I had (even with a quite check valve). This was very important to me considering the sump pump pit is located right below the master bedroom... not the best design by the previous homeowners. All in all, this sump pump system that was installed has performed well up to my expectations after one year, and I do not have to worry about my sump pump failing and causing water problems in the basement.
