They replaced the shower valve, had a guy come out to fix the tile and came back to install spout and shower plate and handle 2 days after tile work. I noticed a couple of nights ago that my 50 gallon Bradford White water heater was slowly leaking water. It was over 10 years old, so I sent requests for quotes to a number of plumbers through Yelp for a replacement water heater. Aquapro messaged me the next morning. I sent pictures of my existing setup and they quoted me a great price for a new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater, lower than all the other quotes I received. So I scheduled an installation for the same day. They came at around the scheduled time, removed the old water heater, and installed the new one. They do great work, but they're overpriced and extremely evasive about itemizing their bill. I really got the runaround when I asked more questions. I should've asked for more detail when they gave me the original amount. (It was an amount, not a quote or bill - there was no detail.) I'm embarrassed to say I paid $1,300 to replace an outdoor faucet coming out of the basement wall. The faucet itself was only $65, and 2 guys spent under 2 hours on it. To be fair, it included leveling the pipe so it would drain for winter, which was quick, and cutting an access panel.
