Unfortunately, we did not have the same comforting experience. Dr. Parker was not unkind, but we certainly didn't connect with her glowing testimonials on the website. All 5 of us present, found her to be competent, but clinical and a bit rushed. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we certainly weren't left with the same feeling of empathy as the first experience.

I called in today and spoke with Cindy who was refreshingly friendly. She set up an account for me and I've got a wellness visit for my senior pet scheduled later this month. I was told the visit is $56 and then based on the assessment I can then decided if I would like any follow up tests that range from an additional $144 to $236. Sounds pricey now, but I'll wait and see how things go and what exactly the veterinarian recommends to make sure my pet is healthy and will be able to happily live for several more years. I was also pleased to find out that as long as I wear a mask I can attend the appointment with my pet. I know my pet gets anxiety and having me there with them would be calming. I'm looking forward to the visit and will update this review appropriately!

We called at approximately 9:30am and did not receive a callback until 12pm the next day. I told the receptionist that called me that I was extremely upset about the lack of response and why even have a message saying you'd call back in 5-10 minutes if you weren't going to. She said I was completely right and how sorry she was and how a manager would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back.
