Some of the machines don't work properly and the lady doesn't understand English and only talks to you in her language. She tends to ignore your complaint that the machine detergent slot doesn't work and just walks away and doesn't want to refund your money or fix the problem. read more

If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. The owner of the Laundromat is rude, controlling and aggressive. She followed my mother around the laundromat for an hour, berating her on what she can and cant do. While washing my daughters clothes, my mom stopped the drying once in the middle of the cycle that WE PAID FOR, in order to remove a dress that was made from a different fabric from the rest (different drying times). She them approached my mom AGAIN, telling her that she cannot do that and tried to kick her out of the store. My mom was confused as to what she did wrong and when asking to clarify, the owner began to yell at my mom in Chinese and threw our basket at my mom and tried to push her out the door. Disgusting. Will never be coming back to this crusty/dusty laundromat ever again. read more

I had been bringing my comforters/quilts here that didn't fit in my apartment sized washer. One day I left a pretty pricey quilt to be washed. When I went to pick it up the woman handed it to me saying she didn't know what happened. Confused I opened it revealing multiple large holes. I wasn't mad because I although confused at what could have caused this knew it was an accident. It was difficult to communicate with the employees due to their broken English. But I felt I should have at the least gotten my money back. That didn't happen and I was having a difficult understanding them so I just left and decided to not return to this laundromat. read more

This laundromat is pathetic. I noticed when putting in the quarters in the washing machine that it wasn't counting every one so i had to ask the guy to give me my 3 quarters back which was annoying because he was playing stupid acting like he didn't understand english until finally giving in. Then I go in the other day and put $5 in the change machine and it gives me $4.50 in quarters. So either they are purposely cheating people out of change or the equipment is broken and they don't fix it. Please don't give them your business because of their dishonesty. read more

Clean, well-lit facility for do-it-yourself laundry, but beware of the drop-off service. Items often comeback with bleach stains (though they swear they never use bleach), and the staff will suddenly forget how to speak English when asked about lost items. read more

I went in there specifically to find out how much they charge to clean a coat, since they have big signs advertising dry cleaning. I was not familiar with this place, since I live in Bucks County. When I went to the counter, no one was there. I saw the restroom key and quickly used the restroom before I tried to find someone. After putting the key back, the older Asian woman is now visible behind the counter, so I ask her about the dry cleaning. She rudely starts yelling at me, pointing to the restroom sign (which I did not notice previously, saying it was for customers). I ask her about the coat cleaning and she keeps throwing her hands at me to scat or something like that, to leave. She mumbles something, which I do not understand. I ask her if she speaks English, and she mumbles again with her hand gestures and high voice, while also pointing to the restroom. After this nonsense, I left the store and had my husband go in and try to ask her about dry cleaning. She still carried on with us both there, pointing to the restroom door. She made no sense and her gibberish was insulting. I'll never be a customer at this place. It looked clean but I would not trust any service from such rude and obnoxious people. My coat went to another place. read more
