Coming across Capital Laser and nurse Jane, I felt truly cared for, taken care of, and empathized with. As I had no knowledge of what laser treatment procedures were like, I was quite nervous on what to expect. But Jane walked me every step of the way without me even asking, and it eased all my anxieties throughout the process. My skin is very delicate and Jane made sure to be incredibly diligent and careful, she ran multiple test pulses to watch how my skin would react before deciding on how to proceed with the full treatment. There was never a moment of doubt or fear as Jane continuously guided me verbally on the direction she was taking while treating me. A few weeks post treatment, my skin is glowing for the first time in the longest time. Having such amazing results just from my first round of treatment really shows the quality of this facility and its experts, and I already look forward to coming back! Same as other reviews, they are still figuring things out when I first went. I've done 4/6 sessions purchased spaced a month apart. When I first went, front desk was out and there was nobody to greet me. I completed their documents prior to my appointment, but still have to sign a document every time I check in on their tablet. Everyone has been friendly, but I will say the treatment style has been different each time on the same area. First few times, they went quickly over the small area once. Last time they were more thorough and moved up and down while going across the area - I assume this will give a better result since it's zapping more. So results may vary by technician. They run promos, so ask about them and check Groupon. I got a good deal and I'm seeing results so I do recommend based on the value I got.

Some providers are more inclined to tailor the treatment to the person while the majority quickly push a button and swiftly breeze through the appointment time with little care or attention. Only one or two sessions revealed significant results. My most recent sessions revealed very little results, requiring weekly maintenance at home. The shop hours are inconvenient. 10am start time does not accommodate people with 9a-7p jobs. Not to mention, getting in contact with the shop is obnoxious. No option to leave a voicemail, the call simply drops. In addition, the cancellation policy is highway robbery. Professional Wellness centers and medical offices are not as rigid as SEV Is with their policies. It is shocking how SEV operates. Worst customer service and results I have experienced with a wellness or aesthetic business. I regret buying gift cards for my family. Family reports the same disappointment.

Dr. Ginn and everyone else who works with her have always been kind, patient, and thoughtful. I also appreciate how Dr. Ginn grows the careers of those who work with her. This doctor's office is the only one where I feel like everyone remembers who I am (whether I call or come in), which is a testament to Dr. Ginn's leadership and vision for her office. Dr. Ginn listens to her patients well. I was adamant that I didn't want to take oral medication. Later, when I wanted to be off all antibiotics, including topical ones, she found a way to make that work. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Ginn. I have never been one to wear makeup​ and I get many compliments on my complexion. Three important notes: 1) The products are pricey. Two people I know initially recommended Dr. Ginn to me and their skin was radiant. They told me that Dr. Ginn's methods were more expensive than traditional dermatologists. I'm only writing this now as I'm going to other doctors to have revision surgery and finally have the courage to do so. I went in with wanting lipo under my chin to define my jawline, instead he was extremely aggressive and said I should have a chin implant and buccal fat removal. He assured me the recovery time would be minimal but it took weeks to recover. The worst is the chin implant-which I never wanted- has caused permanent nerve damage in my chin. I can't feel the right side of my chin and lip area 5 years later. I expressed concern after my surgery which he dismissed and said it's normal. Definitely not normal as I can't feel my chin and my smile which I loved before has been permanently altered. I would never recommend Dr. Schoenfeld to anyone.

I received quite a few compliments that I look great! What's really great is there is no downtime. I didn't even need Tylenol. The next day back to work. I've been reading that Hollywood actors have this done before the Oscars or other occasions. After seeing the non results from my sister's procedure compared to the fantastic results from Dr. Schoenfeld, I wouldn't go to anyone else.
