Hanna is an EXCELLENT addition to the office. I have had two facials with Hanna Mitchell and find her to be a top rate esthetician.

My husband called last week 8/7/26 to make an appointment and the office scheduled him for 8/14/26 first appointment of the day. He makes it to the appointment for them to tell him the doctor is not in and they called or emailed everyone on 8/7/26 to cancel/reschedule. My husband told them he never got any communications from them and in fact that was the day his appointment was made. The mistake of scheduling him when the doctor was already scheduled to be out is annoying on its own but it's infuriating when my husband communicated that he was arranging his work travel to make this appointment that this office tells him is important to keep up with the routine of. My husband walked off a 5plus hour flight drove straight there and they could not even be bothered to allow a PA to help get the treatment he was there for. That's the worst form of customer service and healthcare. The only solution offered was a oh well we called and emailed. When they did not btw! Dr. Perkins is wonderful but today's customer service from staff was awful.

He was incredibly thorough, immediately understood what bothered me, and explained in great detail how he'd approach each concern. When I finally met him in person on September 12th, I was almost two hours late thanks to D.C. traffic and baggage claim chaos. I was mortified but his staff couldn't have been more kind or accommodating. They never made me feel rushed or dismissed, which completely calmed my nerves. And side note: his office is stunning, right in the heart of D.C., modern, and immaculate. During the in-person consult, Dr. Rad recorded a video walkthrough of everything we planned to do, including my comments and concerns. We decided to break my surgery into two phases because of my work schedule. I didn't want to be excessively swollen. Phase One Procedures: * Canthoplasty * Fat grafting to temples, forehead, under-eyes, and lips * Bullhorn lip lift I had way too much old filler in my lips, and Dr. Sherber (who works with Dr. Rad & married to him) kindly stayed after hours to dissolve it before surgery. She was so sweet, and I'm honestly grateful! By the weekend, I couldn't believe how overfilled my lips had been before. Surgery Day: Monday morning came fast. The surgery took place at a trauma hospital, so while it was a bit hectic, everything went smoothly. I woke up about 6.5 hours later, and Dr. Rad checked in to tell me everything went beautifully. His post-op nurse, Donna, was an absolute lifesaver. She stayed with me for 48 hours after surgery and took incredible care of me. Especially during the first 12 hours when I couldn't stop throwing up (I'm super sensitive to anesthesia). She never left my side until I stabilized. By Wednesday, Dr. Rad removed my drains, and on Friday, my lip lift stitches came out. My husband and I even went sightseeing with no issues (weather was perfect)I flew home that Sunday and recovery has been smooth sailing ever since. Any time I've had a question day or night his office has been lightning-fast to respond. Coming from the West Coast, I've seen my share of top Beverly Hills surgeons (even had a rhinoplasty with one of em that's a story for another time), but Dr. Rad stands out above them all. He genuinely cares about your well-being, results, and experience from start to finish. This isn't a paid review, I just believe that when someone goes above and beyond, they deserve to be recognized. If you're on the fence or considering him, this is your sign: 10/10, would do it again in a heartbeat.

I was initially denied coverage for a very expensive medication that I'd previously gotten through a patient support program, but I lost access after my former dermatologist missed a deadline (not fun!!). By the time I came to Integrated Dermatology, I felt discouraged and honestly didn't expect a quick resolution. But their team immediately sprang into action, quickly resubmitted a prior authorization with the correct documentation, and within a few days, I was approved. I was so relieved that I even saved the approval letter from my insurer--a first and probably a last! Everyone I've interacted with has been professional, responsive, and clearly committed to helping patients navigate complex situations. The medical assistants especially deserve recognition. They handle the often thankless, behind-the-scenes work, including insurance coordination, with patience, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Agnes Chang's leadership as medical director has clearly made a lasting impact. She will be missed, but I'm confident the team will continue to provide excellent care moving forward.

Only to be told that I need to use the iPad to self login. No one asked me to do it when I first arrived. 2) financing. Worst office if there is one. I was asking if my insurance covers some medical items. The response from the doctor was that I needed to check with financing directly , not her responsibility. Then I checked with the financing, only to be told that I needed to call their landline because the office did not support it. I asked for the codes to be billed . Nothing. Just a waste of time to navigate all these. 3) the dermatologist is the worst. It is a female young doctor who didn't care much. I was there for medical instead of cosmetic issues. Then she suggested a procedure even though she said she only knew 99.9 percent of the cause but still needed to do a biopsy . she told me that it is simple procedure , I thought it was scrapping some skin off for testing. Then it turned out I needed to get lump in the area and they needed stitches. For me it didn't worth that much procedure just scrapping off some skin. Of course they could then charge more on my bill , including subsequent visit. Terrible. Then the doctor recommended not on the pills but direct injection. I asked about the price and she said most insurance should cover it without the price. When I got home I checked the price and it was over 3000$ per month after insurance. That is really malpractice for something not intense or severe. I would be better off with some cream . Overall that's the situation why we pay extra for US doctors... but no good services . totally a ripoff . Never go there! You will regret.

First, the office is a short walk from Farragut north and it's brand new! Nice decor and comfortable reclining chairs in the office. Second, I come every six months for a full body scan because I had a Basel cell / skin cancer removed several years prior. I've seen her at least three times and every time I am seen within 10 minutes and out the door quickly. Third, for my last full body scan I also asked for a skin consultation. I was looking to improve my skin care routine but the products I bought were wreaking havoc on my skin. She immediate diagnosed me with rosacea and prescribed a medication and specific face lotion for AM and PM. Total game changer! My skin is clear and the texture improved.

So after reading the reviews for Ritual and following them on social for a few months, I decided to book at appointment for a peel with Victoria. The business suite is located within a much bigger building and upon getting off the elevator on the 8th floor, it was clear to me that many of the surrounding suites include other medical professionals. Upon entry, you'll notice the clinic is pristine and elegant, while also feeling warm and welcoming. Cayla, the patient coordinator at the check-in desk was bubbly and genuine - as a first time visitor, that initial impression means a lot. No pretense, no standoffishness - just a desire to help you to get settled in. I was then taken to the waiting area which was also clean and comfortable, with a few refreshments that are available for guests. Luckily for me, I was only in there for a few minutes before Victoria came to get me. We took a few pics and then headed into the room for my appointment. The room felt very much like a room you may be in for a doctor's appointment - very sterile, bright lights - which of course is a good sign. I then chatted with Victoria about my concerns and needs. She was a great listener as well as a proactive communicator, always educating me as she made suggestions or talked with me about options. It's evident that her top concern is the patient's health and well-being first and foremost, which then guides her recommendations. With the additional knowledge and context she provides, it's impossible not to feel well taken care of, in the hands of a responsible and professional provider. I was also very appreciative of her care and awareness of what treatments would be best for my type of skin, educating me about the Fitzpatrick scale (which I had taken time to educate myself briefly about on my own, but had never had a provider articulate with such mindfulness.) She also was able to balance that professionalism with warmth - which is a rare combination to find. Her ability to make you feel comfortable seems to come naturally and really makes the whole experience not only impactful but enjoyable. It's also evident that she carries a wealth of knowledge and is confident about that (without being condescending.) Overall, very impressed with the business and grateful for Victoria's care. Will definitely be returning in the near future to explore other treatments that will be good investments in my overall skin health and integrity.
