Stella was awesome! She was very patient in helping pick out my nail art. I haven't had my nails done in years & she was incredibly sweet in helping me decide what style of nail I wanted & which one was best for me - gel, dip, acrylic, solar, etc. - someone who works on computers all day long. I will definitely come back to her!!

I visited on Tuesday around 4pm and it wasn't busy at all so I proceeded to show the nail techs a photo of what I wanted. They both said they could do it easily and before I knew it an hour had passed and my nails were done! Tran did a great job and copied the original exactly. I paid $60 which seems reasonable to me because the design was hand drawn

This is my favorite set of nails I've ever had! Didn't take long at all either I love them

Lisa did an amazing job on my dip nails!! I highly recommend having her do your nails, you will not be disappointed.

Was staying at the hotel near this salon and decided to get my nails done. For white tips it was $25 and $3 more for a gel top coat. They did a fantastic job and I would go back if I'm in Mansfield again.

They were very short handed and therefore the lady doing my nails was very rushed, so much that she cut my finger!

Ask the Community - Foxi Nails

What is y'all prices for the length of your nails?

Hi dear. It’s pretty hard to explain it here. It can be various from nothing to $5, $10 or maybe more than that. We usually put 1 nail on and cut then tell you the price.

Anyone there do mani well as good as they do the fake nails?

Yes we have people do good manicure by cleaning cuticles, shaping and polishing them. But the real nails can’t look same like fake nails.

I've been going here for quite a while and service has either been great or terrible…read more This most recent time was just the final straw for me. Within a single day my gel manicure was already lifting at the cuticle. Within a week, chipping and lifting on multiple nails. This was a gel manicure so I expected it to last much longer. She really rushed the manicure and massage was just rubbing oil on, this is typically the difference between a full set and mani. I don't have time to constantly run back and forth to the nail salon so this is just irritating. I'm not sure if the product they're using isn't good quality any more or what it is but we had 3 different colors so it isn't just one product lacking. Both of my daughters normally get gel polish. Some times we have one or two come off after two weeks which is expected but my youngest daughter's gel polish fully pealed off of one toe nail the next day. There was also a misunderstanding with the pricing. We normally just do gel polish for $15, no pedicure. This time they asked if we wanted just to go ahead and get a pedicure, we've done this in the past at other places but some charge more than others so I verify prior. One worker said oh just $20, I clarified that we will be doing gel and said yes $20. I reiterated that we would be doing gel so I asked again, the $20 is for gel pedicure and she said yes. So I figured they may be running some sort of promotion this time. Wrong. We get to check out and I'm being charged $35 per child. I explained I asked more than once and reiterated that this was for gel and a pedicure and worker confirmed. After being a little more stern I explained that worker may have misunderstood but I wouldn't be paying an extra cost since I made multiple efforts to clarify. She then said they would offer a discount, it's not a discount when that was the price agreed but okay. I'm just very disappointed with the way their quality has deteriorated.

When someone is spending around $200, time and attention to detail should come with that, and unfortunately, that hasn't been consistent. The lack of time taken is clearly leading to mistakes. During my most recent visit, I got a pedicure and brought my own base coat, polish, and top coat. The technician applied layer after layer of polish without allowing proper drying time, which caused it to smear. I followed the instructions and waited the recommended 10 minutes. By the time I got to my car, my first big toe had already smeared. I decided to leave it alone, went home, and sat through an entire movie. After that, when I got up, my second big toe had smeared as well. I had to return to get it fixed, which should not happen after spending that kind of money. Although a different technician corrected it and took her time, that level of care should have been there from the start. I appreciate that it was fixed, but at the same time, I paid for a completed service the first time. I understand this is a business and there's a desire to move quickly and accommodate as many customers as possible, but long term success comes from making each client feel valued. Rushing through services to get to the next person creates a poor experience and impacts quality. I also did not appreciate being pushed to upgrade to gel when I had already decided on what I wanted. I was there with my daughter as well, and while we were accommodated, the overall experience still felt rushed. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return. If I do, it will only be for Jenny. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. She is patient, attentive, and takes the time to walk you through options. She even recommended polishes I had never tried before. She consistently greets me warmly, checks on me throughout my visit, and makes the experience feel personal. If I were rating Jenny alone, it would easily be a 10 out of 10.

I've been coming to this nail salon for months and getting the same thing several times but today was the first time they charged me like this. I honestly thought I finally found a nail salon that I liked but I was so disappointed today. When trying to ask about the additional charges the girl in the front dismissed me by saying "I don't know, that's what the nail tech is charging you!" She looked very annoyed but I was just trying to understand why the price was different than all the other times I had been there. 1st issue: I went for a builder gel fill and was charged $65. Last time I got my nails done, the nail tech told me they would be $55 the next time I came in for a fill. 2nd issue: I was charged an extra $5 for a cut down. I always keep my nails at sports length so being charged extra for a cut down was ridiculous because my nails were not long to begin with. 3rd issue: I was charged an extra $5 for shaping. I did not ask for any type of extra shaping. I walked in with my nails already squared shaped. If I would have received extra services then I would gladly pay for them but that's not the case. It was a complete scam! I will not get my nails done here again! The only reason why I am giving them 2 stars is because the ladies doing the pedicures do an amazing job! If I return, it will only be for a pedicure!! I uploaded a picture of my nails so you can see what a $95 fill looks like at this nail salon.

These are porous tools, and these were very much visibly used. I immediately felt uncomfortable and asked the nail tech to stop. At this point, my nails had two (2) nail tip extensions on my big toes (incomplete) and she trimmed two (2) nails. When bringing up my concern at the front, I was just told "sorry about that" and proceeded to be charged $25 for what was already done. Mind you, I was in the salon maybe 15 minutes with 10 minutes or less being in the chair. Deluxe Pedicure (EA. cooling peppermint pedi) are $50 plus $18 for gel. Why would it be $25 for nail trim and nail tips for two nails? I feel as though because I spoke up about their sanitation, I was reprimanded via overcharging. Please please please do not go to this place. Please spend the extra money going somewhere where sanitation is visible and you're not risking infection. I decided to treat myself to builder gel. I went in specifically asking for builder gel. I said I wanted my nails short. Just past my finger tips. I wanted builder gel. I wanted natural pink. I had a photo of what I hoped to get. Realistic. Nothing crazy at all. I started with my pedicure. No issue there. It was great. Then they come to do my hands. I've not had my nails done in years. Many years. So they put the tips on and cut them down. Then start dipping. I'm not sure if this is the process. Well it isn't. I ended up with dip nails. I didn't want to switch up and make them remove it after they'd already started so I just let them finish. That's on me because I'm very non confrontational and just do what's easiest even if it's at my expense. Well they also did no clean up or cuticle work. And I asked several times to fix crooked nails and it never was right. So I left with crooked thick nails, ragged cuticles and dip on the cuticle and surrounding skin. Now I know. Some of it is on me. I couldve made them start over. But I shouldn't have to. I showed a photo of what I wanted. Color and very short natural look. I asked for builder gel at the beginning. Dip should've never been anywhere near me. My ignorance of the process was a factor but it shouldn't have been. I came home and had to clean up my own nails. File to shape properly and fix all the crookedness. Pedicures are fine. Nails? I'll probably go somewhere else from now on.
