I've been here several times, and I've overlooked a few issues in the past when I didn't use my preferred tech. However, it's becoming more noticeable that many of the staff seem rushed. When someone is spending around $200, time and attention to detail should come with that, and unfortunately, that hasn't been consistent. The lack of time taken is clearly leading to mistakes. During my most recent visit, I got a pedicure and brought my own base coat, polish, and top coat. The technician applied layer after layer of polish without allowing proper drying time, which caused it to smear. I followed the instructions and waited the recommended 10 minutes. By the time I got to my car, my first big toe had already smeared. I decided to leave it alone, went home, and sat through an entire movie. After that, when I got up, my second big toe had smeared as well. I had to return to get it fixed, which should not happen after spending that kind of money. Although a different technician corrected it and took her time, that level of care should have been there from the start. I appreciate that it was fixed, but at the same time, I paid for a completed service the first time. I understand this is a business and there's a desire to move quickly and accommodate as many customers as possible, but long term success comes from making each client feel valued. Rushing through services to get to the next person creates a poor experience and impacts quality. I also did not appreciate being pushed to upgrade to gel when I had already decided on what I wanted. I was there with my daughter as well, and while we were accommodated, the overall experience still felt rushed. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return. If I do, it will only be for Jenny. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. She is patient, attentive, and takes the time to walk you through options. She even recommended polishes I had never tried before. She consistently greets me warmly, checks on me throughout my visit, and makes the experience feel personal. If I were rating Jenny alone, it would easily be a 10 out of 10. read more

My mani and pedi were done by Julie, highly recommend, she was great. I was charged tax on my bill for a personal service which is not allowed in Texas. I was also suppose to get 10% off of my first visit and that wasn't done. So I was over charged 18.00 and didn't realize until I got home. Came in today to treat my daughter to a Diva Gel Mani Pedi. First time at this establishment. The young gentleman at the front had a bit of an attitude, and apparently did not mark GEL, as the service requested. I purposefully selected GEL because her nails tend to chip easily. The technician states " I did regular for her" due to gel not being selected. NOT only that they left us there to "dry" did not return to assist with putting on sandals, nor did they give her the disposable sandals, she could t leave with her Crocs on. So I HELPED MYSELF to a pair for her and put them on. My daughter didn't even get the tiara that was listed on the menu! The attention to detail of the techs and the attitude of the gentleman in the front needs work. Check to ensure that you get what you ask for!!! My wife and I decided to try out Milan Nail Lounge in Mansfield, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles. The salon itself is beautifully designed--clean, modern, and incredibly inviting. The massage chairs were extremely comfortable, and their full bar with a great menu of drinks was a nice touch. I had a pedicure and my wife got a manicure, and we were both thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the managers or owners even stopped by multiple times to check in on us, which made the experience feel even more personal. This is hands down the nicest nail salon I've ever been to. Do not recommend for manicures. Pedicure was great with no issues, but I came in with a gel set from another salon that needed to be removed & replaced - with no fake nails. When I came in they told me I didn't have gel, but acrylic. I told them maybe the other salon got it wrong, but I thought I had gel. They then sat me down at a chair to get a pedicure, and what I thought would also be a manicure like the other girl who sat at the same time as me instead I only got a manicure while other people who continue to sit after me were sat for manicures and pedicures. The lady doing my pedicure, obviously did not know that I also had a manicure as well since she asked me halfway during my pedicure, if I also wanted to get my nails done. I let her know that I did and then I just had gel nails and that I wanted them replaced and repainted with a new gel set she then also thought I had acrylic nails to which I told her no they're just gel nails on top of my real nails no fakes no tips. She then came over to start removing the previous gel mills that I had at another salon and clipped my nails all the way down to my fingertips as soon as she did this, she realized that I did not have tips as I had previously stated to her in the individual at the front of the salon. She then asked which shape I wanted my nails to which I let her know almond shape and she proceeded to do what I suppose should be consider considered almond shape on the rest of my nails. At this point, I'd let her know that I no longer wanted to proceed with the gel nail polish and only wanted to do regular polish since I wasn't satisfied with the length or style of my nail, and there was nothing to do to replace the length that she had already cut off. After my nails were complete and I paid. I expressed my disappointment to the staff, letting them know that I did not feel like The attached pictures were worth the hundred dollars that I paid for both my nails and toes. They continue to ask if I wanted them redone, but after I had already been passed up multiple times by other customers and sat in a chair for two hours for this service, I no longer want to continue for more service to be charged for Highly recommend this place for pedicures highly do not recommend this place for manicures that should've been a pretty simple set, but unfortunately turned me off of the salon. Another new nail salon in town! The inside is beautiful and clean. They have a full bar in the front and each service is allowed one beverage. They have a great selection of nail colors in regular polish, gel and dip. I was greeted promptly by the front desk and also seated quickly as a walk-in. Rushed! The place is nice but pointless. We, women/mom, step away for a minute to relax not to be rushed. We live life that way and a nice pedicure or manicure should be relaxing not rushed from the minute you walk into the door. Immediately upon entrance "pick one, which one" must I pick right away "yes". So before you even have a sit you must already know which service you want. Normally you request a pedicure they sit you while feet in warm water and you review options. Nope not here. By the time you sit "what a drink, which one". The minute you select your drink before you even have it "pick color, which color??" Mind you the pedicure is barely getting started. Drink no where near. It's fast, rushed, and far from relaxing. I went to Milan Nail Lounge early April for a dip manicure and it was a fine experience. Nothing extraordinary BUT yesterday my nails had grown out and I needed to get them done so I went to another place more local to me and to say they were alarmed with my nails is an understatement. They kept telling me that Milan didn't use dip. They soaked my nails in acetone and they wouldn't come off - they were extremely gummy and took forever to remove. My nails underneath the "dip" looked horrendous and ruined. I don't want to make a claim I don't have proof on but you can imagine what my other nail salon thought they were using. My mom and I have been coming to this salon for several months and we're content with the services however in March when I went to get a pedicure the nail tech cut me on one toe and then forgot to polish another. I was having an off day and did not realize until later on after leaving but decided I would give them a chance to address it on my next visit. Last month when we returned I mentioned these mistakes to the lady at the front desk and she just said, "ok." We proceeded to pick our pedicures and they asked if we wanted gel to which I declined. I stated that I had gotten gel last time but didn't get want it again this time, I was told there would be a fee to remove the gel. To me that would have been a great opportunity to make a wrong right but I wasn't too concerned. The man who did my pedicure looked to be double booked and was notified by an another employee shortly after beginning on me. The entire time he kept turning to look back at her, you could tell he was rushing through my appointment to get to her. He was also very rough handed, when my feet needed to go back in the water, he would push them. When he needed them out the water he would firmly grip my ankle. I tried to make a joke of it at first and tell him he was really strong. He didn't get the hint so I told him a few more times then directly asked him to be more gentle. This is an experience that I specifically pay for to be relaxing. My last straw was that despite getting a deluxe pedicure and confirming the massage time was supposed to be 15 minutes, I only received 10. Despite leaving this exact feedback when prompted and waiting a month for them to address the concerns I have not heard back and will not be returning. read more

I visited this salon for the first time and was very disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk had an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if assisting me was a favor rather than her job. When I mentioned to another staff member that if they wanted new customers to return, the front desk should treat people with more courtesy, the same lady confronted me in front of others, asking if I said she had a bad attitude. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience made me decide to leave without getting any services done. I had high hopes for this new salon. I came in for a mani pedi with completely natural nails and wanted my fingernails trimmed and shaped with no polish. The guy who checked me in was very nice and helpful. Haley who did my pedicure was great! She was very friendly, gentle, and did an amazing job. CC who trimmed my nails was not friendly and never introduced herself. She was rough filing and after she finished my nails she held them up to show someone else and just started laughing. It was a day for my SIL and I to enjoy but this nail salon made it unenjoyable. We got sat in the chair and was asked multiple times what we wanted when we continuously told them that we wanted a pedicure and I wanted no gel and she wanted gel. My SIL had a picture of a specific color she wanted and tried to ask the guy if they had that color or something similar. So unprofessional and rude and said is it in that book. Instead he could have made a suggestion as to what similar colors could work like other salons I've been too. From there the guy went and started work on my pedicure. He barely cleaned my toes my big toe still felt uncomfortable and not taken care off. My SIL wanted a full set gel x but because of the unprofessionalism and rudeness we decided to leave because he was not listening to what she wanted for her nails.
